Incredibly terrible almost scam-like business practices. Their subscription is based on time AND credits at the same time, so you are buying AND subscribing to a product simultaneously. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are hiding many important details on their website. For instance, you can "delete" a video if you are not happy with it and will not be refunded any credits. However, there IS a way to delete a video AND receive a refund. This option is very hidden. Even if you use the credits that you PAID for, once your subscriptions ends, the projects you are working on and PAID FOR with credits will vanish. The projects will say "expires in 27 days" and will be gone the next day. You buy something, but also have a subscription on it. I don't know if people understand how insane this is. I am happy to keep other creators away from this website. STAY AWAY, there are much better options. Besides that, the service is average at best. Somtimes you get something okay, but most of the times clipping is terrible, you have audio issues and there are plenty of caption mistakes. So yeah. 0/5 stars.
