A lot of back and forth, sloppy translator and AI machine translation
I had 4 university transcripts to be translated from French to English. You can't mess around with that kind of document. The translation has to be top-notch. I do not recommend 001-Translation for that kind of service. I had to revise 4 times the transcripts, around 1-1.5 hours each time. It seems like it is an AI translation machine, and the translator is only revising what you tell him/her to fix. A lot of basic translations needed to be corrected. For instance, the dates (the translator approved 18 mai 2018 to May 28th, 2018), the distinctions (Su mi na cu lande???), some the postal codes were entirely off. The only reason I am not giving it 1 star is the price. I made some quotes, and 001 was the cheapest I could find. I guess you have what you pay for...

Never again!
They tried to translate a 1-page legal document into English. They have made 3 mistakes in spelling names (although all the spellings have been provided!!), 2 inconsistencies within the text, and at least a couple of mistakes in English. Please bear in mind that this document can be easily found on the internet, I only used 001 because I need a "certified translation".
I had to thoroughly read every letter in the translation to make sure I didn't miss any more mistakes.
So I wrote a dissatisfied email to them, stating all the mistakes and wondering whether they feel ok to ask for payment for such a job.
I would expect them at least to apologise profusely and give us a discount. Neither of these was done. They just silently sent the updated version.
They also didn't bother to send me a copy of the original document stapled together with the translation (as all the other translation companies do).
As I said, never again. Translators of such quality should not be presented on the market.
