One of my worst experience ever was…
One of my worst experience ever was just trying to translate a 2-page legal document by these people. They simply turned it into a real ‘nightmare’.
Unprofessional, rude, ignorant, reluctant to take any criticism, horribly slow, unreliable, dishonest, …… the least to say!
I was trapped in the court to pay more than £30000, as I relied on their faulty, rubbish’ translation with many gaps, many clear mistakes which twisted the meanings in the original document!!!.
It took me more than £90, 6 (SIX) rounds of corrections, and more than 14 hours searching for the proper English and legal terms in the dictionaries of two languages, and legal systems of two different countries to translate such a small document!! Because I asked for a ‘professionally-legal’ translation, which they promised!!! But, …… !!!
Calling them is a nightmare, so, if they responded, they would leave you online for long, and then claim nobody is there to respond to you!!!
This experience proved to me, beyond any doubt, it’s impossible to convince an idiot that s/he/they is/are idiot(s)!!

Excellent, speedy service - recommended!
I needed a translation of my wedding certificate urgently and contacted 001 for a quote out of working hours. I received an automated quote estimate immediately, followed by a confirmation of the pricing options the next working day. I was able to pay online easily and send a scan of the document. The translation was completed quickly and was emailed to me for checking prior to posting. I paid for the 2-3 working day service and the document was delivered to my address within 2 working days from placing the order so I was very happy. Thank you!!
