I have purchased a few items from 123 Pools now and on every occasion they have gone above and beyond when something has not gone to plan. On this occasion I hand purchased a Sand filter pump, a part failed on the item just short of 12 months after purchase. 123 pools did not stop working to put this right for me. Cannot recommend more, especially for higher cost purchases as you know they will ensure the item is right for you and any defects in the item are put right.

Great service, I’ve have dealt with 123 pools from the start of my journey with my pool, which is over 2 years now, I ordered my heater from them and they kept me posted on my delivering date and was always on hand to solve any problems I had (I was a newbie) and after even after my heat pump failed after 2 years which was no fault of there’s they started my warranty application and it is know in the hands of a contractor to visit and fix my unit. No stress and so easy to deal with 👍🏻

Outstanding customer service. I messaged them via WhatsApp regarding purchasing the correct connectors for my pool heater.

Despite me being totally clueless about what I needed, they figured out exactly what was required from the pictures I sent and put it all into a basket for me to purchase.

I contacted this company with regards to getting some info to do with a pool heater. Never having had a heater before, I am some what a novice! They were brilliant with advice regarding what size heater etc and put everything together that I would need and emailed me all the details with costs, which was very helpful to me andade it so much easier for when I placed an order.
