Waste of time unless you want to wait up to 3 weeks for the part. Not based in the uk. Can't get hold of them either

Do not buy from this company they are not based in the UK , delivery is a joke so if you need parts urgently I would suggest you go elsewhere. This company is disguised as autodoc in Germany and no parts are shipped from UK

NOT UK COMPANY AVOID. ordered parts for my car took near 2 weeks to come. on bank statement states german based company no uk site. Once parts here found for left hand drive car. Looked on website find in small writing left hand drive car. Sent back with a pre paid ticket but after they had over week still no refund in site. Emailed ect no joy finally got through via phone call told still processing and inspecting parts

Really glad I read these reviews, I enquired about a part on their website to check I was ordering the correct part quoting their part number. The reply was that they don’t sell that part even though it’s listed on their own website! Thought I found the part I needed at less than half the price of main dealer.

Ordered a part clearly identified as the correct part for my car - picture of item etc on their site. When it arrived it was not the right part at all. Not even close.
Waste of time effort and money.
Don’t use.

Ordered Febi camshaft adjusters from this German based company, took 2 weeks to receive them. Unfortunately received Chinese parts, but got fully refunded!

Still no sign of my order
I have reach the point of auto return
That is returned without opening

Where to Start!
Don’t use this co.uk site if you need parts quickly to get your car through the MOT.
I deliberately chose to buy British to avoid Brexit border delays. I placed my Order (#59734200) on the 6th January after my car failed MOT. I looked around for a site that had all my items in stock to avoid delays.
Imagine my horror when the invoice came back from Autodoc AG in Germany. I have used this company before and believe I will eventually get my parts, but when?
It took them 5 days to box and dispatch the “in stock” parts. I received a tracking number a week ago (11Jan), to say they had been picked up (no details about the location of pick up). Since then nothing!
I asked for an explanation / update and duplicate order dispatch for this lost package at the weekend. The reply was completely useless (no details).
It appears that Autodoc AG took over this “123spareparts.co.uk” web site domain from a company with a good reputation and are trading on that previous reputation.
Avoid at all cost's

123spareparts is actually in Berlin despite having a .co.uk address. Their website is full of errors - many parts have mismatched photos and descriptions. Even using the OEM part number it is a lottery when ordering the correct part. Every order seems to result in several items that need to be returned international postage at your own expense. That's providing you can understand their returns process - have a look and see if you can understand it. I wont use 123spareparts again.

Update 3 Dec 21: Someone from Deltilog Ltd has responded to this review stating the 123spareparts.co.uk hasn't been in business for 2 years. What utter rubbish. The website is active today and I bought parts from them last week. The responder from Deltilog seems to be the previous owner of the domain and is nothing to do with the current business. Had the responder checked, it does say in the company information that the reviewed company is based in Berlin and not Oxfordshire. The reply to my review should be removed.

I dont know who responded to this review but 123spareparts.co.uk is very much still operating.

After returning the goods back they don't refund the money. Tree months passed still no refund. Avoid this company !!!

Don't buy anything of these people the service is shocking bad , delivery time they say 3/4 days two weeks on still waiting for my goods I will never use them again

Ordered quality parts for my car, normal places where you would go for the parts in the UK don’t do the above average parts required.
Competitively priced and delivered with in a few days

Excellent customer service, quick delivery. Only a VERY small negative, I ordered the parts over the phone "I'm useless online" but was told I had to pay online so a bit of a run around but in the end I'm very happy.

Oil order received promptly and as ordered Oct 2018

Waited over 2 months for engine oil. The wrong product / quantity was sent out on 3 occasions. In the end, I asked for a refund.

Absolutely Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called customer services twice with a query and both times were more than useless. During one call they suggested I e-mail and promised a reply with 2 working days; over a week later a worthless reply came through, so I was no further forward.
I foolishly placed an order for items that were apparently in stock (must have been in Timbuktu and not Europe).
I'd never use them again or recommend them to even my worst enemy.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Delivered wrong tyres and refused refund!!! People be careful as they can steal your hard earned money too!!!
