Steve and Roun only took 20 minutes to move all items into their truck. One of the items was an upright piano. Moving it took them all of 8 or so minutes. The were efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you guys, you were great. 5/5, well done.
Just adding that their price is reasonable

Friendly staff ... great service
The tucks arrived early and the drivers cleared 9mt of household rubbish in just on an hour. Very friendly staff, most professional, accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Great job, easy experience
Contacted a number of different companies over a weekend using the "submit form" function online. 1300rubbish emailed back saying team wasn't at work but someone would call me on Monday & provided details of how the service worked. I received the call on Monday & gave the exact dimensions of the sofa to be collected. I received quote over the phone, same as payment requested at pick up. I chose my 2 hour pick up window, Steve (driver) called me that morning with an estimate of arrival time in that window. The pick up & removal was so easy, no fuss, payment on site...and 4 days before Christmas. Would definitely recommend & use again.

The rubbish collector/driver appeared…
The rubbish collector/driver appeared 2+ hours late than the scheduled time. During that time I called 2 or 3 times to the office and they could not explain where he was and when he would appear.
It is not that bad that a delay happened at all. Things happen. People get injured at work. Stuff breaks. It is bad that the office doesn't know where their drivers are and what they are doing/what is happening with them.
Other than that everything else was okay. The driver himself was fast, strong, polite, and friendly. The price was adequate. The booking could be made on the same day and then even rescheduled.

On the whole job done well
On the whole job done well. After they left, I noticed very deep parallel scratches on the timber flooring in lounge room, when they moved the sofa!
