My only critisms is that the anti brass pigment they use is very strong and can cause staining with use if your using it more than one time a week. Also they provide pumps even if you select without pumps.

Amazing customer service quick delivery and great product

I’ve only been using this shampoo and conditioner for less then a month and i can tell my hair is loving it, it never frizzes anymore and corporates with me 🙃 i’ll definitely be purchasing from here forever and getting hair oils when it comes out.

Exactly what my hair needed!

I was always finding my hair getting oily after half a day, and found it brassy. One Labs shampoo and conditioner do exactly what I want, keeping my hair less oily for longer, and helping to tackle brassy tones.

The produce is amazing. Got for me and for my daughter.

This is my first delivery from One Labs and I have used their products now 4 times.
Their delivery was very swift and I received tracking notification and my country PO received the parcel on the date specified.
Their product was expertly packed and, what I really appreciated, an information booklet on correct way to use the products was enclosed.

Wasn’t what I expected. Unfortunately didn’t help with my itchy scalp, actually made it worse and hair is still very dry. Was hoping to see a little bit of difference. Did like the smell though, that’s a big tick.

No follow up (18 Dec now) even though they reply to say someone will 😞

I was really looking for a product that would help with oily hair, and I thought One Labs would be the answer, but I have not experienced anything different from other shampoos. I have found that the shampoo leaves my hair matted and doesn't feel nice whilst I am washing my hair, and once dry, my hair only stays clean for a day, or two at most, and the roots get oily just as quickly. I have given the product a few weeks, trying different amounts of shampoo and conditioner to see if that made a difference, but to no success. I must say that the shampoo and conditioner smell is lovely, but I would not spend money on this product again.

What made this great is that it didn’t take long at all for it to come, the shampoo and conditioner makes my hair super silky and my hair hasn’t been greasy the day after I wash. This is the best shampoo I’ve ever used.

the fragrance is so lovely. at first it was great, it lessened the scalp itchyness, but it made my hair go greasy, now if i use it i have to wash my hair everyday, hair fall is still a lot.

These product have changed my hair in the best way! Once I ordered the products they arrived just 2 days later. The product are of such great quality and always leave my hair smelling lovely and fresh. I would recommend this brand to anyone who is wanting to care and improve their hair.

I love this stuff! I have quite a few allergies and sensitivities to a broad range of health and beauty products. My custom-made Shampoo and Conditioner work really well. I have been using it for a few weeks, my hair loves it, and as a bonus,have had no adverse reactions. I will definitely be a regular customer. 🙂

Great service and communication. The product is fabulous. Smells divine and my hair has never been better. So glad that I have found this brand. Will not buy any other shampoo or conditioner from anywhere else!

I enjoy the experience of tailoring products to me. Previously used a similar US brand but being in Australia the air miles advantage appealed to me. The postage packaging was environmentally concscious, which I've come to expect these days. The prorduct design and packaging is even nicer in real life, and I can tell the shampoo and conditioner apart easily in the shower because I've made them different colours ! The fragrance is nice, a bit like Fruit Tingles (I chose the lime and sandalwood I think). I like the wide pumps. The product makes my hair soft and silky. Early days but at this stage I'm happy.

It’s perfect, however I still have frizz although I may just need to use it for a bit longer to see results :) love this product!

The product arrived really fast and it's my hair healthy again. I wish I'd tried this sooner, but the price was a bit off putting
