BEWARE! They don't replace damaged pieces! They offer a refund which is a fraction of the cost of the damaged item!
I ordered a 5 piece bedroom set for $1681.19 and the glass of the mirror was damaged which I reported immediately (along with pictures) to the company as instructed. Instead of replacing the mirror as I expected, they offered me a refund of $50.67 (the cost of the mirror when purchased in a set). They refused to send me another mirror (one cust. serv. rep. said that the next one would also be damaged during shipping while the other one said the mirror was not damaged during shipping and was a manufacturing defect and would not provide a reason for why they wouldn't ship me another one) and actually told me I'd have to order one from another company. What? They said even if I were to go to 1stopbedrooms' website and order the mirror they still wouldn't sell or ship it to me. Again, what??? Anything I order from another company isn't going to match my bedroom set, and there are none out there for $50.67. The mirror, when sold by itself (not part of a set) on 1stopbedrooms' website is $232.18 (where they came up with the $50.67 is a mystery as it is the exact same mirror) so that is the refund they should be giving me, but they won't do it. So basically I either keep the damaged mirror or spend my own money and go buy one from another company (which will not match my furniture anyway). If I'd known they didn't replace damaged pieces I'd NEVER have ordered from this company. I'm in the process of contacting the owner of the company, but I don't think it's going to do any good. And to top things off, when I try to leave a review for the mirror on their website, it shows "canceled" on my order so I had to leave my negative review for the mirror (and company) on the other bedroom pieces. If I could afford it, I would totally hire a lawyer and go after these rip off artists.

Ordering was easy (on telephone with a sales rep). Furniture was delivered in good shape. Time between ordering and delivery was 39 days, which is reasonable for cross-country furniture shipping. We got the white glove second-story delivery that we ordered. We have not always gotten the white glove delivery we ordered from other furniture delivery experiences, so this was a plus. Online status updates could be more concise.
