Beautiful Tables at a great Price
Was looking for some nice tables and came across Ornate Homes which had a set I was looking at. They were fast on service in delivering - even though it was to take a few weeks it came in within a week - they had the best price on the table and the packaging was as to not damage the items in transport. All around - a pleasure to have purchased my table from them!

Faster Delivery Than Box Stores
I learned about white label furniture (a brand like Ashley sells stock to other companies who sell it at a cheaper price) and decided to go with Ornate Home after doing some extensive research. I did visit the local Ashley store to see what I was ordering before hand so I knew it was the right size, color, fabric, and comfort. I found that Ornate Home not only had a better price, their delivery price was cheaper by half and a faster delivery window. When it said ships in 12-14 business days, I honestly expected it to take another three weeks after that window based on previous experiences buying directly from Ashley. Instead it ARRIVED in 12 business days. I was beyond happy. The delivery went smoothly and everything was intact. I’d definitely consider ordering from here for any future furniture needs.

I ordered the table set on March 2
I ordered the table set on March 2. Item is supposed to ship in 3-5 days. I didn't receive a shipping notification until March 26. On April 10th, the table and chairs arrived. When the delivery team went to setup the table, there was a leg missing. Today is April 23 and I am still waiting for a replacement let. I would LOVE to actually be able to use this table that I ordered TWO MONTHS ago. Not happy.

Good ordering process but I can't track the order
Good ordering process and prompt confirmation. At this point I can't see the tracking progress because when I enter the order number and last name I keep getting an error message. Hopefully all is good with my order. Delivery is not for another week or more.

Still haven't received my item but…
Still haven't received my item but getting tons of emails about reviewing the company and the products.
Ornate home had fair prices, so I have 2 stars, but ordered over a month ago and still can't get a clear answer on when will be shipped or delivered.
All they do is blame the shipping company and tell me to be patient
