Ornate Home Furniture and Mattress Reviews 

The young lady who helped me to place this order through the Customer Service phone line was very kind. I believe that her name was Charm. I was unable to receive the multiple texts that were sent in a timely manner, but Charm figured out a way to identify myself and get the order placed. I appreciate her kindness in helping me. I am usually quit proficient with a computer and a smartphone, but not today.

Mary was very helpful on the phone. She was friendly and answered all of my questions while steering me through the ordering process. She was also able to let me know that all of my order was in stock, which I really appreciated. Hopefully the rest of the process is as positive.

I ordered 2 chairs. I only got one but was charged for both. The second chair got lost at FED EX. I have been calling about getting a refund for the second chair and filed a claim but keep being told we will look into it and get back to you. Still no resolution. This was my first experience with Ornate Home and I have concerns about the trustworthiness of this company

I ordered my furniture online 7/7/2026. Still have not received it as of 8/22/2026. Communication has not been terrible however the shipping company used by ornate is terrible they put the same updates every few days. Makes no sense. I would be VERY reserved to order again from Ornate.

The queen roll slats didn’t reach across my queen bed frame. I was told I’d have to pay return shipping (which was almost as much as the product itself), and I’d also get a 30% restocking fee, so it was cost prohibitive to return the roll slats. I will not shop at Ornate Home again.

There is no option to cancel or change the order once it’s placed. No communication at all on where this is in the process and certainly no way to get a hold of someone to discuss

The website process was easy to navigate and to choose the financing that worked for me best

Great price but terrible communication on delivery date. They say they will keep you in the loop at all times but never sent any communication about delivery. I had to call and then they said they would follow up with the dates and never did. Frustrating

I had a great experience ordering a couch with Ornate Furniture. Anne was the customer service representative who helped me and she went above and beyond to assist, price match, and get me the best rate possible. I was nervous about the order because it was an out of state shipping but she provided me with updates every step, helped with a warranty rate lower than the rate I showed and my furniture was delivered on time in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend them!
