The service technician was very fast and knowledgeable and got my order placed quickly since I was having trouble online.

Needed a hutch and saw the table set and wife wanted both. Reasonable price and got approved and took advantage of the opportunity of having a nice set for the dinning room.

The follow up has been terrible. No email with order info. No ETA presented. I gave no idea you even have my order.

Beware!....Order was placed on June 26 and was verbally guaranteed it would arrive on July 29th. Lies lies lies. First the switched the mattress to a much cheaper off brand without notifying me and not offering to credit me back. Checked back last week because furniture showed not in stock and was told no it was in stock and they updated the website...odd! Today reached back out and they said they would get back to me and 2 hours later they sent a text saying the soonest delivery date to their warehouse was August 3 - wait they said it was in stock....more lies. Requesting a refund and filed a BBB complaint. You are crazy to purchase anything from these people! Just terrible.

My order was never delivered

Top notch company. Kept us informed on the order and delivery. The white glove delivery was excellent, workers polite and handled furniture well. Our sofa/love seat are amazing a best of all we saved $2400 over other store same product. Well done !!!

The customer service rep was very helpful and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and made the purchase super easy for me!

After order, left message with sales rep to confirm item was being shipped, I did not receive return call. I called back, waited on hold for at least 30 minutes with no answer. Tracking website appeared items were being shipped. After a week with no movement, except spam emails from this company, still no communication about the order. Finally received email almost 2 wks after order noting item is out of stock. My refund still has not been processed. Shipment was over $1000. Additionally, I ordered custom replacement cushions from another company for this & I may not be able to return them, close to $500. Don’t advertise for products on the website that the company is not able to deliver!!

When I had several questions about the type of bedframe I wanted, Mary was absolutely wonderful.

Not only was she patient, but she went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered. Mary was able to give me visual aids to help bring my vision to life when redesigning my bedroom.

If you ever need support, Mary is there to give you 100% attention and guidance.

Order got lost with freight company twice. Very difficult to get in touch with support with Ornate Homes and the freight company. Neither one could explain what happened. The OrnateHomes support staff did try their best once I got in contact with them but they just seemed totally overwhelmed. 40 minute average hold times and it did not seem easy for them to get information. Big shout out to everyone on the OrnateHomes support team who collectively spent hours trying to help.

In the end, my furniture was delivered 20 days late, but it was delivered. Will not be using them again in the future purely because of the shipping experience.

It’s weeks past the expected date of delivery I haven’t got an update, status remains the same. Don’t waste your time or money

Put an item in my cart and immediately started getting repetitive phone calls and texts about completing my order. After measuring, I ultimately placed my order the following day and again was immediately contacted to confirm delivery address. I was told someone would be getting ahold of me to set up delivery and get the items shipped. It’s been over a week and nobody will respond to my inquiries. Wondering if this company is even legit or if I just got screwed out of $1500?!
