Avoid!!!! Look elsewhere for your car.

First rule always read the reviews because I really wish I did! It would have saved me spending more money fixing a car that apparently was road worthy!

One member of staff who I won't name was particularly rude - shouting down the phone and accepting no responsibility for the faults of the car sold to me.

I do not think any customer should be spoken to in the way in which I was. It's condescending and rude!!!

Seen a car advertised by this dealer Volvo V60 R design and phoned up for a honest gauge of 1 to 10 condition of the vehicle from the salesman Rav . I explained I was interested in the car for my Dad but didn't want to travel 160 miles to view it if it wasn't up to scratch. His description was spot on and 100% accurate. Rav had the car MOT'd before I viewed it and had all the discs and pads replaced even though the car only failed on one set of pads being low. That surprised me as most dealers wouldn't have done this.The car was spot on when I got there to view and I was even picked up from the train station in the vehicle as so I could do a thorough test drive before deciding whether to buy it. Great service from these fellas very refreshing to deal with people not Salesmen. I'd 100% recommend this dealer and would definitely use them again in the future

if I could score zero I would. avoid this garage at all costs. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on... within 28 days of buying the car, the engine management light appeared. I have had to foot the bill for the diagnostic only to informed the part that faulty is "Wear and Tear" and not mechanical. Yes, that is the part of the engine that is not mechanical.

Avoid this Dealership and don’t buy the extended warranty it’s absolutely waste of money. Read the conditions of the warranty as they don’t tell you that you are responsible for all the diagnostic costs regardless the warranty claim. I bought a car from them and within 3 Months it’s broken down and they are refusing to take the car back and issue me with a refund. Which now I have to take them to court . Don’t trust Adam or Lee and avoid the Warranty at all cost. AVOID AVOID

Very professional and greeted with a warm welcome. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable which put our minds at ease.  They also helped us to get an affordable finance plan that we were comfortable with. We are thrilled with our new car and can honestly say that our expectations were met. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase again in the future and would highly recommend this company to friends and family. It was well worth traveling from London. Thanks, guys you were amazing!

Avoid this car dealership. I placed a deposit on the white Q7 and when i came to pay the balance they added a £399 Admin fee! for what? They couldnt tell me. I said if you want the sale ill buy but i wont pay an additional admin fee that was not discussed or agreed. they said fine and kept my deposit. Avoid these people.

I recently bought a BMW M Sport 1 Series. I travelled all the way from North Wales and was not disappointed. It was exactly as advertised, in great condition, very low milage and an excellent drive. The car was valeted imacculately and the service was friendly, knowledgeable and informative.

Very professional, went the extra mile to pick me up from the train station. Overall a easy no hassle experience.

Brought a fiat 500 of them as a first car and Ash was brilliant. Delivery was brilliant and on time as well. Overall superb little garage.

Absolutely dreadful bought car and was told need to pay today to have delivered Thursday waited in all day Thursday and get a message about a family bereavement so won’t be coming but will definitely be there before 8pm Friday. Wait in friday get a message around 5:30 car now has a fault light that has just come on! On the next message says the fault light came on yesterday driving back asked for refund was told it had been done it hadn’t then told to wait 30 minutes still nothing asked for copy of bank transfer still nothing so now £9281 missing from my bank account police will be getting involved.
Use anybody other than these rogue traders

Professional is the word that comes to mind, I saw a couple of other dealerships that day who just ame across as "salesy" and tried to hide a few things.

I specifically dealt with Ash, who was very upfront, knowledgable about the car and the best ways to protect myself against any faults etc, and even helped me tax it!

Very highly recommend 1Stop as a reputable dealership with good cars, and even better staff to help your purchase
