The same as everyone else for us.....ordered a grill in January and it still has not returned. I sent them an email and I did get a reply, but the main point in their email was that our payment was cancelled. No, it was not. The money came out of our account and was never put back in. I told them point blank that if they don't have the money then someone in their company is embezzling the money. I also suggested that since we have a lot of backup paperwork (including a receipt that our money was received and the order was being processed) that our next step may be to contact an attorney.

Took my money and got nothing..standard email response. took my money no problem bad bad business...super scam

We purchased the blackstone grill in December 2018. It is now April 26th 2019 and NOTHING !!!!! Karma is a B!+€H ... What comes around goes around !!! This A$$HOLE is scum of the earth !

I also ordered 2 grills and SFA was received. Automated response to emails got me NO WHERE! 😡

They need no stars I'm in the same boat!! Order grill in December and it's April and nothing. Called the number nothing! Emails are automated so nothing!! This is beyond....with all the technology this odd okay?? Ridiculous

I ordered 2 flat tops in December 2018. We are in April still haven't received them. I ordered many things online and never came across this before.
Sent numerous emails with auto replies. The last one I sent, i had requested my money back. I did not get a reply. I guess buyer beware🤬

I ordered an outdoor grill/griddle from "SUPERSHOP". I was charged $99.90 and never received the product. Can not contact them by phone or email. My banking statement says that the money went to “CAPABLENM HENGOED” and their site says that it was "processed". I can find nothing by that name when I google it. I am also seeing a lot of others that have been scammed by them. Their web address had an "S" in the https so I felt it was secure.

Ordered what looked like a great carseat/stroller last October. Took my money, never sent the product. Phone number is no good. Emails generate only an automated response thanking you for your interest in Supershop. Tried reaching other locations, same deal, phone #'s no good, email responses are canned.

I have come to believe the company does not actually exist, it is merely an internet scam.

This is a complete scam I ordered a flatop grill January 14, 2019 and never received it no email NOTHING. This person must be stopped there is no telling how many people they have scammed and wrong money they have stole if you are thinking about purchasing from here DO NOT IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY.

I just saw the prices and they were to good to be true. Everybody please remember when something is to good to be true, it usually is. I saw the prices, saw the crap site and knew. So I googled and it confirmed it was a scam. These people are horrible no different than a muggers, they are thief's. Please research new sites.

This a store front for a con man. He will take your money and you will receive no product. There is no way to contact him or trace him. His store is still online to attract more innocent victims. He needs to be caught and put in jail. Online activity is difficult to trace. The police told me it is like the Wild West all over again. They do not know how to stop this. Only buy after you research companies. That way you may not be another victim like me.

SuperSCAM! Ordered a flat top grill on 1/14/19. Still waiting. I like most everyone else get the form response to my inquiries. Can't get through to on the site phone number.. There is no indication that a grill will ever come my way.... Another Victim!

I also ordered the Blackstone Grill on December 1 2018 still have not received it also asked for my money back and got nothing something has to be done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally a SCAM !!! I order a couple of products on January 9th and I haven't received anything. Like the other reviewers I only got the automatic email!! I have also tried to called them several times and couldn't connect to that number!!!
If you are tempted to buy from this company, RUN!!! DON'T do it!!! It looks really nice but they will rip your money off.
Facebook should share responsibility on this, not verifying the companies they allow to be promoted in their platform.

Ordered the grill on 1/11/19, nothing no info I emailed the company & got the generic email return. I tried to call the number associated with this company and could make a connection. LOOKS LIKE THEY GOT ANOTHER SUCKER DAM

IATTENTION SHOPPERS.....I would not recommend shopping with Supershop. I placed a $100.00 order 2 weeks after Christmas for my sons birthday gift. Now it’s been well over 2 months and I have not received my order or requests for updates or delivery. They send only generic responses! I’m so disappointed in this experience! They must be RIP OFFS! The only thing they did do is take my order and my $100.00. DO NOT ORDER FROM SUPERSHOP🤬🤬🤬

This site does not even deserve a 1 star rating - Ordered the grill in January and they took my money. Repeated emails and I get the same response. I also received the pink light in the mail. What a slap in the face.
I put the charge on my CC and not my Debit Card thank goodness.
I am wondering if my bank will refund the money and go after this company?
