This Company is Bad News... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They deducted monies from my account and never sent the item I ordered. It has now been 2 and 1/2 months since I ordered. Tried to contact them and all I could get was an automatic response. No human contact. Crappy Company.

Scam Site. I ordered from this site and called to my bank to get money back

SCAM!!!! I ordered from this website through an ad that popped up on Facebook. Placed the order in January and have not received the item and have received no response to my emails. Feel like a fool - just threw money away!! I agree Facebook should bare some responsibility for this scam website. You would think they would validate companies before allowing them to put ads on Facebook. I have learned, through searching other scam prevention sites that the Webching.life website is new and was only created in January 2019.

Wish I could give it a negative star. They took my money $79.90 on Jan.6, 2019. Still nothing!! No response to email. I feel foolish to have been taken by them. I am normally more careful.

I too ordered the grill on Jan 13. The payment was taken on Jan 15 but no grill. I have sent emails and even called their contact number. I have gotten no information on status of my order. I think with all of these people that have been scammed someone should do something about it. I don’t know where to go from here. 😡

This site is a scam buyers beware and all they do is send the same dumb email. I lost over $80.

Add me to the list of people that were scammed. Ordered the grill about 2 months ago and have tried to contact them to no avail. This bunch should go to jail for a while not to mention return everybody’s money that they stole!

I wish I would've looked at these testimonies before losing my $90. How the heck does this happen? I am embarrassed that i was taken the fool. really sad. I appreciate all those that spoke up. My experience is the same as all the listed below. Ordered, pay for, no grill, and the same repetitive email that reads "it was delivered".

Ripped off for 89.00 dollars for a grill I never got ..it was advertised on Facebook.. They should have know it's a bogus company.. after repeated e mails.says to mail it back ..knowing full well they never sent it

Order a grill on 1/7 been arguing with them ever since about not receiving my 36 inch flattop grill. They said it was delivered but I never got it and refuse to give a refund. Don’t buy from 1supershop it’s a scam!!!

Has anyone received their 36" grill? No way to communicate. Send email to customer service and it auto generates the same email.

A scam that needs to be taken down and then prosecuted but our attorney generals could care less in Washington State

If I could put no stars it would be more appropriate we ordered a grill and they had no problem taking out our hard earned money and we didnt receive anything!!! What a bunch of scammers!!! Facebook should be held responsible for all their advertising vendors!!! And the fact they are still up and running stealing more people's money is disgusting!!!

Zero or negative stars would be more appropriate. Total scam. Ordered an infant car seat, took 6 weeks for “delivery” to arrive and what I received was a plastic lid...ridiculous.

Ordered the 36" flat top grill Jan 8 /19. Money was removed from my account the same day. Almost 3 months later, no grill and no responses to email. Total and complete scam. Hard to believe that the website is still going.

Saw the ad for a 36" grill on Facebook for the Blackstone Griddle grill for $89.00. Ordered on 01/07/19. Credit card billed on 01/07/19. No action since. Repeated emails to Supershop. They had the audacity to offer me half a refund and telling me I can keep the grill. I NEVER RECEIVED THE GRILL! Nor can they provide any tracking info. Total scam. Thought Facebook would have vetted their advertisers.

Add me to the list of people who got scammed. My cousin and I both ordered grills on1/8/19 and have not received anything. I have emailed numerous times only to get a general email stating that my order is being worked on. I am going to contact my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge.

Ordered a grill from them & they took my money but I didn't give me my grill. Crooks!! That's what these people are. So disgusted with them

Ordered a barbecue and received a led light. Total scam. I agree that Facebook should be held responsible for allowing these crooks to advertise.
