The withdrawal threshold is high, they claim to give out bonuses when you play slots (they will tell you you have not met the requirements when its time to do so) when you clearly have. I wouldn't recommend it

1win777 is not transparent I payed all the fees R5400 to upgrade to vip 3 because my account was incorrect and I could not withdraw and after I payed R3685 they say it's 20% for tax in order to get money in my account and know the want me to pay 5000 for the mistakes I already payed for is this a scam or what this money it's way too much for 18000 winings.

I deposited rs25000 this amount twice, the money got deducted from my account and it never got deposited or credited it back to the account. I created an appeal and they asked for proof of the deposit with an screenshot and bank statment i gave them that. They asked for 72 hours and its been nearly 4 days now. Every time i ask for my money or an update they write to me in a language i dont even understand and then when i ask for english they either say its in review please wait or they say i am transferring you to an colleauge and then he or she replies with i am escalating this to an higher department and they just say we are doing additional checks please wait. These are the same responses i get every time. Its just the same answer and repetitive. Funny how they can deduct the money from account but not deposit. They also send a telegaram link that dosent even work. The chat service dosent even seem real its like a bot i am speaking to.
