This review is a response to 1xTrade’s reply to my previous review.
They claim the competition was under a “different company and platform,” yet they still contacted me directly after my Trustpilot review and offered me a $70 goodwill bonus on this platform in exchange for removing my review. That alone contradicts their statement.
They also say the goodwill credit was “successfully used” and a withdrawal was completed. What they fail to mention is that the same execution issue happened again while trading with that bonus, which caused losses and made me miss a valid setup that later hit take profit exactly as expected. I reported the issue immediately and shared screenshots before the trade, asking support for urgent help. The response came too late.
After raising these concerns again, instead of resolving the issue transparently, my account was blocked. If there was truly no problem and everything was fair, blocking the account makes no sense.
Now support is not responding at all.
This is my real experience. I’m not asking for guaranteed profits—I’m asking for accountability when platform issues occur and for honest support. Based on how this was handled, I strongly advise others to be very careful.

Please note that the competition referenced in your prior review was conducted under a different company, platform, and system.
Despite this, a goodwill credit was issued purely as a courtesy to allow you to further experience our platform. This credit was successfully used, and a withdrawal was completed, which directly contradicts the claim that funds are withheld or that the platform “takes everything.”
Regarding the subsequent trading losses, our review confirms that the trades were closed due to normal market conditions, specifically stop-out and stop-loss triggers, which apply uniformly to all clients. These outcomes were the result of risk exposure and margin management, not any platform malfunction.
Our support team provided clear explanations covering execution mechanics and risk parameters. Unfortunately, these explanations have been repeatedly rejected, and continued demands for compensation for trading losses are being made, which is not supported under our Terms & Conditions.
Goodwill credits are not an admission of fault and do not guarantee profits. Trading involves inherent risk, and losses cannot be refunded when trades are executed correctly under standard market conditions.
We remain committed to transparency and fair enforcement of our policies for all users.

Everything was too good to be true, I started trading for like a month, when I finally did a withdrawal with profits. They shutdown my account with a crazy explanation. I’m extremely disappointed with everything about this.

Overall Solid Experience
Customer support has been responsive and very helpful anytime I’ve had a question about depositing or withdrawing. The platform is also user friendly, but the only process I wish was more streamlined is depositing from a bank account or card. The only thing that confused me was how to access my live account through mt5 at the start but other than that no issues at all. I'm gonna leave another review some time in the future to update those who are still skeptical.

Terrible broker
Terrible broker. Flipped 12$ to 400k with bitcoin scalping in 3 days. Requested a 5k withdraw and my account was flagged and closed. Made the excuse of latency trading. Once you hear that you know it’s a SCAM broker. I have videos and proof of everything. Every trade I took and even 20 min long video to prove how I was trading cause I was recording everything. They can’t even provide me proof of their allegations. Stay away I’m telling do not fall for this shit just cause you want to be able to flip your account fast. You’ll never get paid. And it says on the website they do not accept US clients and I’ve seen on other posts they have used that as a reason to not pay either. I’ve been trading for years and I throughly I finally found my breakthrough just for my broker to take all my funds. Not a good feeling at all.
