I recommend 247 drive!
The modules were easy to follow and understand. I was also pleased to see that an audio option was available, if needed. I had to call the Help Desk with a minor issue and the rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and freindly, too. It was a lot of information, but the quizzes helped me retain so much that taking the final was a lot less stressful. I passed on the first try with a high score!

Excellent course content and preparation materials.
Excellent course ! It was well researched, well written and well presented with excellent videos. I have been driving for 23 years. I learnt so many new things from this course. I went over the entire course twice. I cleared the examination in my first attempt.

We know you have your choice of online driver improvement clinics to choose from. Often a student will choose one company over another based solely on price. We believe we offer the best product at reasonable rates, and we are certainly glad you chose us and are showing us the love! We don't think you could pay us a better compliment!

Didn’t go into proper driving skills…
Didn’t go into proper driving skills such as don’t use your right foot for the gas and your left foot for the break, I see people all the time driving with her brake lights on. Also people are running down the road at night with their daytime running lights on and they have no tail lights also the new law that you can’t hang out in the left lane it’s supposed to be used for passing only also one of your questions about if your engine is idling hard or revving hard after you take your foot off the gas no you shouldn’t slam on your brakes, you should apply pressure on your brakes until you come to a stop slamming on your brakes can cause you to go into a skid, so I found that question ridiculous

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts! We are sorry to hear you had an underwhelming experience with our course.
All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV. Our training materials meet and, in many instances, exceed the requirements set forth by the Virginia DMV. All materials presented were adopted directly from the "Virginia's Driver Manual," a publication made available to everyone through the Virginia DMV website (https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/drivers/#manual.asp) and in Virginia DMV customer service centers.

The course is 3 and a half out of 5 stars
The course is good. I wouldn't say great however. Some of the questions such as: How far you must be away from a bicyclist when passing them are incorrect. The law says two feet, but you say three. Confusing the state law with what's considered safe. Also: Some questions are in wrong order on the test. For instance you have " All the above" answers on the top and second row. Technically, an "all the above selection" should be on the bottom. If I was not to answer the question in that instance, I wouldn't be wrong because the answer is in the wrong slot for all the above. Other than that there is some good info.

It was good for an online class
All information was informative and well layed out. However if it is a go as fast or slow as you want and you still need to do 8 hours maybe a timer needs to be put on each section so you can hit the goals appropriately and not have it only on the course list

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts!
Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course regardless of how fast or slow you move through the training materials.
Our website's timer is currently only displayed on the course list page where you select all training modules. That is a limitation on the software. However, you will be required to see the timer each time you select and start a new training module.
We are currently upgrading our system to a new learning software that will remedy your concern; this system will be operational in the next 2-3 months. We hope you will not need another driver improvement course in the future, but if you do, we would welcome you to try the improved system.
