I was un employed at the time of signing up to this course. The advisor said I must say I'm in employment for the camera otherwise I would end up paying more. I was promised 24/7 support with the course with the addition of in person training on occasions.
I started out with the course but soon hit a barrier where I needed support. When calling the centre I was put through to a receptionist who told me the answer, but did not explain anything, so I could move on. This was strange but I thought it would make sense later on. It didn't.
I then did an online test that again I could not pass. The results never gave you the answers you got correct so I was unsure where I needed to go back to. I tried the test several times going back over everything but still was unable to pass so I called to speak to my tutor. Unfortunately they were unavailable so I again spoke with a receptionist who proceeded to say she was unsure but she would let me bypass this to go onto the next part. Again this is not what I call learning as I actually need to understand what it is I'm supposed to do to carry on with the course.
The same barriers kept coming up until it got to the point where I just could not be bothered. I stopped trying as I was getting no where. Unless I phone them they never contact to see how I'm getting on. They have no advice for you as they teach you nothing. You are paying for nothing. I am now undecided as to whether or not I continue to pay this company my money as they are no help and I am no more knowledgeable in the subject now, as before I started the course.
These people are money hungry and will do anything for you to sign up. Once they have your money they do not contact or help you. Truly evil people especially when you are trying to better yourself. Stay well clear. They will take your money and your dignity. If anyone has managed to get out of this situation or knows a way out can you let me know please

The contract says 'may exercise the rights to cancel' however when you ask to cancel the answer is NO regardless of the issue. I understand it says 'exercise' but
Unless your dying and get the doctor to personally speak to this horrible company the answer is NO.

this company isn't a registered training company they are infact registered as a financial company.

This course is non legit and tskes your money and provides nothing. They are not City and Guilds approved and in fact City and Guilds have no record of me ever being signed up with any company, including EER which they claim to run through.

If you are in the same position please report this to JOBS AWARE, ACTION FRAUD, CITIZENS ADVICE, CITY AND GUILDS, TRADING STANDARDS, FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY!!!!!!

The finance company who collaborate with 247 Training UK aren't my favourite creditor to deal with but the course itself is pretty good for remote learning. They sent me the materials really quickly, and when I got distracted from completing my regular assignments for a couple months they sent me a text message every couple of weeks to check in on me. It's been about 10 months since I actually submitted any homework, but I emailed them to explain how badly things had gone and what I intended to do about it - they have given me a 12 month extension on the course, which is greatly appreciated. I haven't gotten far enough in the course to book a practical exam yet and I have recently moved out of London so I'm not sure where my closest is yet, but I'll leave another review for that if there's anything to report. Fingers crossed!

Utter crap slow get no help just a scam to get your money take forever to get booked in and even then just shocking now am stuck also if it take you longer then 2 years to do which it will they charge you for taking to long even tho it's taken me over a year for my first weekend

I have always found the customer service team to be very helpful, I completed my Level 2 a few months back and have the next 4 practical dates already booked in, which would mean I have completed the Level 2 and 3 in just over a year, just stick with it and you’ll be fine.

They require the victim to jump through hoops that don't work before reaching the practical stuff. These hoops appear after you've parted with the money. "Tests" compiled by people with appalling English and even worse Logic abound. A clever scam.

AVOID THIS SCAM! Complete and utter shambles of a company. They mislead you & sell you a false product. They tell you what you want to hear. I was told I would have a Tutor that would contact me, check in on me & mentor me - none of this has happened. The course is a joke, mistakes in the books, the material is out dated. They craftly add more stuff onto the cost despite saying that this is something that you would only have to pay for if you I challenge the managing director to have the balls to contact me directly either on the phone or in person and resolve this. Failure to do so & I will be going to trading standards, watchdog among others. We will take you down. You are evil.

This company is very bad at everything, I no longer do my course due to family problems and due to the living crises and still they will not cancel my course. I rang them many times and everyone as soon as you talk to them about cancelling they talk so rudely and shout down the phone. Very unprofessional. Now I am stuck paying them over £6000 which I can’t not afford but they say if I don’t it will affect my credit. Can someone please help me in how I can deal with them and make them cancel my course. I was tricked in to getting in the course also🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Please people stop falling for this legitimate scam, all it will do is ruin your credit score . I got scammed under their old company train4trades, this company no longer exists and is the company you know as 247traininguk, the training courses are a front for carniege financial consumer ltd, a dirty credit company that preys on people with fresh credit, this has been going on for over 10 years, they will write off the loan as partially satisfied which stays on your credit file for 7-10 years, how tell me what is worth a 10 year sentence, when this company gets enough scrutiny they will change company name and start again but your credit will be destroyed in the process, please do not fall for this it’s not a coincidence so many are unhappy with this service. DO NOT DO IT THIS IS NO JOKE !!!

AVOID AVOID!! Sadly ,this is a very clever an elaborate scam .at first I was quite impressed with the course,but soon realised that something wasn't right. Lucky I only paid for the first section!!

I started my Electrician level 2 with 24/7 last year. I was surprised seeing huge theory materials. However, i have completed all level 2 TMAs and attending practicals at college. I found 24/7 theory materials very useful and amazing facilities at center during my practicals, it's give me hands on experience and got better understanding about the concepts which i studied in theory. Overall it is going well and I am pretty much excited.

Please I will advice everyone reading this who is getting screwed and has been screwed by these guys to seek legal advice take action !! This company is a scam

You can also report to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or at actionfraud provided by the trading standard (citizensadvice). Then they will forward to National Fraud Intelligence Bureau. The information regarding to a scam that I provided matches against other available data but more people need to come forward to make a noise.

247TrainingUK is a scam beware I'm stuck into a contract that I can't get out of this is why I'm creating a buzz to get them investigated.

They refuse to cancel a course if when you’ve been forced into the course.

Customer service terrible, biggest waste of money going complete lack of support and empathy, recently informed due to a change of cirmcumstances i dont have the time to continue on informing them due to my single disabled mother of 6 being unable to look after children due to her sickness, i am now having to do this long term, asked to esculate as customer services just tell you you cant cancel, you then need to wait 10 days for a letter to come through the post still waiting for this letter to arrive currenlty on day 8 - however there customer services are happy to reply via email, but are about as helpful as a chocolate firegaurd evidently im not the only person who has been done wrong by this company - you would think during a cost of living crisis they may be more empathetic towards peoples individual situation but they just want to take your money and run

It’s a complete scam, I got told it was city and guilds backed but I’ve contacted city and guilds and it’s not. They sign you up for a loan without you even knowing and now I’m in a legal battle with them. If anyone has had experience dealing with them please could they contact me. Urgently need help

Initially when you start it can be difficult to stay motivated as the course material is heavy theory and you're just doing TMAs however once you get past that initial stage and get into doing your level 2 and getting hands on experience it gets much easier to follow and becomes enjoyable. 24/7 have great sources and the tutors are also very friendly.
