65-85$ was quoted. Tech showed up opened the car in less than 5 min with no hassle. Was charged $145 after the car had been opened. Per the service fee after I specifically asked two employees what was going to be my total cost/charge and they did not mention a service fee. Be up front and don’t scam people that are just getting by…

Javier was great, really fast! Only thing I wasnt satisfied with is pricing. When I first called at 2AM a lady quoted me stating if I waited till 6-7AM it would be 55-75$. Then Javier arrived and gave me a higher pricing for 105$. At that point I could’ve just got it handled at 2AM. instead of waking up out my sleep at 6AM to pay the same price. Could’ve saved my time and secured your company’s money faster. Idk who gave the quote but definitely shouldn’t be giving out incorrect pricing. Basically double of what I was priced. Called back to let the situation be known & again it sounded like the same lady who quoted me. This time she just sounded like she didn’t care to hear me and just wanted me off the phone. So I’m writing this review to let my situation be known since she didn’t care.

Was quoted $65-85 to have someone come unlock my car with an ETA of 20-25 minutes. The tech arrived after over an hour and added an additional $35 service fee to the $85 after he’d already completed the job, and did not provide a receipt/invoice. I called up to question why this was never mentioned when I asked the price on the phone, and was first told there shouldn’t have been a higher price, but then told that sometimes the techs charge additional fees and the company doesn’t have any say about it. The guy on the phone couldn’t tell me why that wasn’t mentioned in the first phone call. Was told he would follow up with management and get back to me, but never did.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with 24 Hour Car Unlocking. I called them to address a leak in my car, hoping for a quick and effective solution. However, the technician who arrived was unable to identify where the leak was originating from. He spent roughly 15 minutes on site and then simply told me I had a leak, which I already knew. To make matters worse, I was still charged $35 for this lack of service. This company failed to provide the help I needed and charged me for absolutely nothing. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Guy by the name of Jack came out and charged me $187 for unlocking
Had I known upfront what the charge was I wouldnt habe sent him on his way. I had to break up a potential fight because another company came out and they started going at one another. Would never recommend them to anyone

Although the Internet ad said $35, that turned out just to be the service fee. I asked the man on the phone what the total cost would be and he said $65-$85. That turned out to be on top of the $35 service fee. The technician arrived in 30 minutes and was very good and quick.

They provided the service that I requested as quick as possible. The dispatch was also kind, approachable and very knowledgeable to all the questions that I asked. I highly recommend them and their services also the rate that they charged me.

They were fast, friendly, reliable, but most importantly affordable! It’s hard to find a good honest company that won’t take advantage of you while you’re vulnerable. Highly recommended. Locked my keys in car, didnt know what to do so i called 24hr car unlocking.
Fast arrival time, fair price, no damage to my vehicle, and overall great customer experience. Upon calling I was connected with dispatch, who verified my info in about a min or so, and then proceeded to connect me with a technician. Crazy how easy it was to get help in a situation that makes you feel helpless.
