Not received my order that was meant to be delivered on the 5th it’s now the 18th first one got lost in transit second replacement has still not made it to Dpd still waiting on delivery

Terrible experience with 24MX
Terrible experience with 24MX. Random extended delivery time after the purchase. Weeks with no delivery, no communication and no refund.
Refunded eventually after a concerted effort by myself. Won’t be using them again.

It took this lot 11 days and multiple emails (with very little response) to finally accept the parcel was lost. Now have to wait up to 10 business days for a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, avoid at all costs because i will be!!
