You did not deliver my order went to collect from argos before the date given nothing worked they couldn't find it when I phoned they promised me it would be there by the Friday for collection then I got told that I didn't collect in time so was returned even though I did on the Thursday. Still waiting for my refund won't be using again

Hi Kirsty, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re really sorry for the frustration caused by the issues with your Argos collection — we completely understand how disappointing that experience must have been.
I’ve checked your order and can confirm that your parcel was dispatched from us as normal, and the collection issue occurred with the carrier’s pickup point rather than with our delivery process. Your refund was issued on 20th December, and with the Christmas bank holidays and reduced processing times, some payment providers can take a little longer to show this on your statement.
If you still can’t see the refund, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be more than happy to help you locate it. 2bTanned team.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing 2bTanned— we’re delighted you enjoyed the products! We really appreciate your suggestion about gift packaging. This particular bundle isn’t part of our Christmas gifting range, which is why it arrived in our standard packaging. That said, your feedback is invaluable and helps us shape future collections. We’re so glad the products themselves hit the mark, and we hope they bring plenty of glow this festive season.
