Hi Carol, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you’re already seeing a difference and enjoying the textures and scent. We’re sorry to hear the Watermelon Gel looked less full than expected — our gels are filled by weight, which can make lighter formulas appear lower in the tub. We completely understand how this could feel disappointing. If you’d like us to check your specific item, our customer care team will be happy to help. 2bTanned Team.

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is not great. Products are good but I value service over everything. My parcel went missing I flagged issues with their currier DPD they were dismissed and excused despite the inconvenience. They didn’t care to look into the issue and left me resolve it while telling me this is my fault. Was just a very poor experience and I will look for alternatives going forward. Won’t shop here again.

Hi Tara,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience — that’s never what we want for our customers.
After reviewing your order and our previous conversations, your parcel was redirected by DPD to the nearest Pickup Shop. This was done automatically by the courier based on their delivery settings and the information held on your DPD profile. We completely understand how confusing this felt, especially when the updates you received from DPD didn’t match what was happening.
Throughout our emails, we shared the tracking details, explained how DPD’s redirection process works, and helped you locate the parcel. You later confirmed that the information from DPD was incorrect and that the parcel was safely available for collection, which we were glad to hear.
While we always aim to support our customers as much as possible, we don’t have control over DPD’s internal decisions once a parcel is in their network. I’m sorry that this situation left you feeling let down, as that was never our intention.
If you ever choose to shop with us again, we’d be more than happy to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Kind regards,
2bTanned Team
Fabulous Mystery Bundle!
Fabulous Mystery Bundle!
I nervously bought my first Mystery Bundle from these last year. As a bonus, I could also use a student discount code. I got an absolute bargain! The box was packed with fabulous products. So many that I put a few away as Christmas gifts. Super quick delivery and the products I've used so far have really enhanced my tan
