Great coffee beans, bad delivery
I’m always very happy to get my Caribou coffee, especially yesterday because I haven’t been able to find decaf whole bean Caribou, which has forced me to drink fully caffeinated.😳
The only reason I didn’t give you five stars has to do with the delivery. Just hoping maybe you might send them a quick email. For us customers, the only way to give feedback is to wait interminably for a service rep. The issue I’m not happy with is that instead of just putting the delivery down by the door, it was thrown against the door, producing a noise loud enough that my two dogs and I sprang out of our seats, setting the dogs off at full alert barking mode and scaring the baby I was sitting for quite badly. The Fed Ex guys should remember that houses they deliver to may have surveillance and even if they don’t, the neighbors do.
The other issue is that even though the coffee beans came through it okay, the delivery person had no way of knowing what was in the box.
Sorry I had to knock you down a star....just pass it on if you can.
