So Morning Save claims they "tried" to reach out to me regarding their horrible customer service, not allowing me to return a product that was not as advertised, yet my voicemail doesn't have any messages from them, my caller id doesn't show that they called, I just looked through my emails - nothing shows. How about just refunding my money. You claim in your reply to my post on Trustpilot, which I have no way to reply to - please fix that Trustpilot- that "these things are usually refundable" yet when I tried to do a return I was ridiculously denied! You say you want to "look into it", I don't necessarily need to speak with you for that, Morning Save - just REFUND MY MONEY!! Unless that happens, I will not be shopping on your site anymore, because THAT was NOT the way to treat a new customer who bought several items from you!

The customer service at MorningSave is top notch. The service representative I dealt with, named Jessica, was extremely attentive. She took care of my issue in an expeditious manner and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend shopping at MorningSave because of their quality products and exceptional customer service.

I ordered sheets and when I received them I washed and dried them without noticing that I was sent the wrong size. I figured I would have to chalk it up to a loss because I should have made sure the order was correct. She was amazing. She refunded me without putting me through hoops. Best customer service ever. I have bought from them before and their products are of good quality.

Caitlin, a Customer Service Representative, was remarkable in handling my complaint of an item I received in damaged condition. She got back to me quickly and offered to replace the item and not require me to go through the hassle of returning the damaged item. I would have appreciated if the Company had packaged my order with more cushioning to have prevented the damage in the first place. One last thing, the QR Code led to a non-existent site. I really had wanted a live demonstration of how to assemble the product.

Samantha was very helpful with the issue I had with item I ordered. I sent an email and responded right away. Very helpful and pleasant. I’m pleased with the service I had.

Jessica was very accommodating and understanding. I had an issue with a product and she immediately sent a replacement order at no charge.

I submitted a claim because my order was incorrect. I received a response in 2 days asking for a picture of the merchandise to verify what I did receive Caitlin responded the next day advising that she entered a new order for the item I didn't receive at no cost to me. Also, she told me that I could keep the incorrect item that I did receive. She understood my frustration and was able to correct the issue in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

The only negative I have is that I could not call and speak to a live person and had to submit a claim online.

I ordered a bunch of pillows of this website and they were supposed to arrive between the 8th and the 10th. The 10th came, no sign of the pillows and nobody reached out to update me on the order. I reached out to them the 11th and they finally sent the pillows out that day. I received the order on the 14th with an email saying the order was delayed and now delivered. They should’ve sent me that email on the 10th… I asked for a refund for just the shipping because they did not meet the deadline of the 10th and nobody responded back. Horrible customer service. Would not purchase anything from them again.

I order from morning save a lot but I won't be ordering from them anymore. I sent 2 items back (1st time returning). I paid total for both $30.00. Returning them both cost me $70.00. It cost more to ship it back. I should have just kept them and donated them. It would have been cheaper.

I purchased the Bell + Howell Scrubtastic Express Handheld Power Scrubber from MorningSave and after several attempts of charging the scrubber, it only worked for a couple of seconds and stopped working. I sent a request for a refunds and received a timely response back from Jessica. Ms Jessica first apologized for the product not working asked for additional information to get more understanding of my “it doesn’t work” reason. I sent my response with more details and she approved my refund. It was a very easy process. I appreciate the great customer service given by Ms Jessica and the prompt resolution!! All done in one day!! Thank you Jessica, you are amazing!!

I always buy products from MorningSave but this one time I had an issue with a product which was not working. I reached out to customer service and they were on it righ away. I explained the situation and they took care of it immediately which was a surprise to me. Customer service was great.
