Morning Save has the worst support. If you have a problem you have to email them and explain your issue. When they respond they just send your complaint back to you with NO SOLUTION. I have decided not to buy another thing from them.

I have ordered from MorningSave before and have had no problems with the items I received. Unfortunately, this time, the misting fan I ordered was not working properly. I submitted a request for a return. Jessica from Mercatalyst was the representative I was assigned. She couldn't have been more helpful. My problem was solved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to order from this site again.

Jessica was a catalyst in helping to process my order, is what everyone would hope for in a customer service representative.

An item I recieved was faulty. Fortunately, Caitlin provided fast,accurate, and friendly customer support. A replacement order was made immediatley.

I received a Laura Geller package that had items that were damaged.Caitin was so helpful and had the items replaced in a quick and professional manner. Great customer service is always good to see.

My husband ordered the Digiear Max ear aids. Upon opening he saw his arthritic fingers would not be able to press those tiny buttons, especially in the ear, so we asked to return. You need to pay the shipping plus refund only in store credit. After this experience we do not want anything from them.

I received solar caps that were bigger than I needed. I contacted customer service and a lovely person named Jessica helped me with a return. I half expected to be told that due to it being my fault for not realizing the size that I would be out of luck. Jessica was kind and extremely helpful. I’m grateful for assistance and I can’t recommend her enough!

I love ordering from MorningSave. I always have good experience when I order from them. I had good customer service with Jessica. She was very helpful giving me a refund for my order that was returned to them.

Caitlin made my experience excellent and efficient.

My item I ordered did not arrive although they were showing that it was delivered. I reached out to customer service and Caitlin was the representative that I corresponded with. After texting them Caitlin went through the steps with me to resolve my problem. She was so patient and courteous. I have been a MorningSave customer for several years now and if there is something I like or need, I will order it from them before I will order it anywhere else because of their customer service department. I can't say how much I appreciate them for helping me with any situation that may arise. They are definitely lucky to have Caitlin!! 😊

I asked them to delete my credit card # on their site, and they did, right away. I just wish that I could delete it myself.

I had a defective product and contacted customer service. Jessica was quick to respond and helped resolve my issue. She was knowledgeable and helped problem solve. Love purchasing on MorningSave..so many good deals on things I use!

I ordered 2 wireless phone chargers. One of them worked for a day only and the other one I shipped to my girlfriend who lives in another state. I emailed Morning Save and told them what happened. They immediately sent me 2 new chargers no questions asked. That was so kind and professional of them. I advise you to order from Morning Save the customer care team is AWESOME!!

Shipping stopped midway. Supposed to be here 10 days ago. No information. No response to two complaints.
It seems to be a repeat problem. The item has stopped in a shipper handoff to USPS. MorningSave should have been communicating with me the buyer on delay of shipping. Very unresponsive. Trust is zero.
Too good to be true when product is that cheap. Should know better. Want to get my money back

My experience with Caitlin was above and beyond. She was very patient and courteous. Her responses were very precise and helpful. Customer service was quick to respond. My problem was resolved to my satisfaction.
