The single worst experience I have ever had with a business Finance company. I’ve made an enquiry a week ago to accompany that says they can arrange Finance quickly. Mohammed on several occasions daily has told me he will come back to me in a couple of hours, this has led to me chasing and they have nobody in the office to answer the Phones. This would make me question any problems you have during any kind of funding process with them. In the past I have used liberis and sumup four identical funding methods both of them at the funding sorted in 24 hours my advice would be don’t waste your time and look elsewhere.

I originally left a 5-star review for 365 Finance after securing a loan. At that point, the service was excellent and the team were great—I had no complaints whatsoever.

Unfortunately, I later lost my business due to exceptional circumstances. Because I had signed a personal guarantee, 365 took legal action and attempted to take my home. I was forced to ask family members for help to settle the debt, which was incredibly stressful and humiliating. While 365 claim they did me a favour by settling early, that’s certainly not how it felt from my side.

Once everything was over, I updated my review to reflect the full journey—not just the initial good service, but the extremely difficult experience that followed.

To my disbelief, I then received an email from 365 threatening legal action if I didn’t take my review down. I find this completely unacceptable.

It really makes you question how many of the glowing reviews on here are genuine, or simply left up because people are afraid of being threatened for telling the truth.

If anyone wants to see the email they sent, I’m happy to share it. I replied to 365 directly, but of course, there’s been no response.

Reviews should reflect real experiences. Trying to silence people through intimidation is not only unprofessional—it’s disgraceful..

*** why are you guys baffled? Because threatening customers to take down reviews obviously works with your new 4.9 rating?

Real people need to know what you do. Im not accepting getting threats of legal to take down fair and honest review. The way you treated me is wholly unfair.
