Takes multiple weeks to arrive which is fine but the product quality is terrible. Atomizer threaded so hard and once finally loose it won’t thread together anymore. No refunds “once used”

I recently placed my first order in a couple years, I held off due to the tarrif issues. I'm happy to say prices are still great, shipping cost has risen though.
I received my order in under 3 weeks, China to Florida. No complaints there.
They still offer a good range of products, prices including shipping is way cheaper than ordering in the US.
I'll be placing another order before long.

I ordered some products September 8th. After waiting 3 weeks with no updates on the tracking, I decided to reach out and see what was going on. Apparently my order was lost. They re shipped the order and after another 59 days it finally showed up in the US. I received my package yesterday, December 1st, nearly 3 months after ordering. I was told it was a logistics provider issue, and they have since changed logistics companies. Customer support was friendly enough, but that barely makes up for this. Even though their prices are much cheaper than most everyone else, the shipping cost and time are simply not worth it. I will order from a company in the US and pay a little more before I deal with this headache again.

Very good prices but also customer support. I inquired for help finding some spare parts with a Boro mod and the 3FVape team contacted the manufacturer to try and find it. Very pleasantly surprised

Tried to order Several products.
At the paying process it said payment unsuccesful. Looking at my backaccount I saw my creditcard was locked by the bank due to an attempt to make a transfer of 1500 euro by a company Cottonfau.
The week before the same issue.
Even with VPN it went wrong, so be very carefull maling payment with this company!!

I have ordered multiple things from 3FVape and have never had any issues . It takes about 3 weeks to get to United States from China. Products I bought were amazing quality . Definitely wouldn't hesitate buying . It's totally worth the wait .

I ordered from few accounts at least 60 times without problems. Just one time they send me wrong product and coustumer service in 24 h send right product whit express delivery+ some extra parts for my troubles.
