Ridiculously long wait time to ship and receive order (5, going on 6 weeks.) Contacting them gets nothing but ‘keep waiting’ and some attitude.

In terms of processing the Invoices and placing orders - they are good. But when it comes to shipping...
2 orders from them - each was shipped for 2.5 months.
Instead of giving an actual information - 3FVape blamed the seller/shipping company/anyone else, although the shipping period is written on their own website. When it comes to dialogues and disputes - a very filthy and slippery company.
Will never by anything else from them. Never.
And do not suggest you to do that.

Am currently trying to get a refund on an order and they want to change it instead of giving me my money back I'm getting a better mod else ware at this point anyway edit went through with the cancel of the order but I had to be very stubborn to get the refund I wantnted okay customer service

I have had nothing but good experiences ordering from 3Fvape. The items normally arrive ahead of schedule and are always exactly as described. Their prices are normally below the competition also. They have an enormous variety of products and if you’re looking for YFTK, this is the place to go! I actually endorse 3Fvape on my blog, and I only do that with sites I trust & use myself.

I had shopped 3FVape site for over a year until January 2019 when I placed my final order for Gear RTA. It was marked as shipped but 2 months went by and nothing. I contacted customer service and they asked me to be patient and wait a little longer. 3 months went by, still nothing. By that time it was pretty clear that I was never going to get my order. I contacted them again and asked them for refund and they just blew me off, blaming postal service. So, yeah, I took the loss and moved on. I will never buy anything from 3FVape again.

I reviewed 3fvape on my order and shipping process. And now after my product has arrived, and I was able to test it, I am very pleased with my purchase. I ordered the S-Rabbit squonk mod off of 3fvape website. Once ordered and got confirmation email was sent, they wasted no time to ship. Was able to track my package to my door. Packaging was very good. Checked the mod, and loaded my battery in it, filled the bottle with juice and went vaping. Now I do have to say, the squonk pin will need adjustment and watch your ohm on your coil. Does tend to snagg the battery wrapper, but its fixable. Love my s-rabbit. 3fvape. Good shipping, good products. Will order from them again.

It's a special RTA trying to combine the benefits from Kayfun Lite 2019 RTA and Dwarv RTA. The flavor is good, building is easy but I had issues with o-rings (some of them were too loose) and the threding (not machined very well).

Quick shipping. No issues. Have to price check, but you need to do that everywhere. Certainly some great deals and products.
Got an RTA and a screwdriver set, free shipping & got here (Wisconsin, USA) in just under 2 weeks. Not bad at all.
Definitely recommend.
