The only bad thing I have to say about this company is that you place an order and 7 days later you get an email from the company saying that the item I order was out of stock. That is not very good business or customer service to me. Like I said the item was in stock when I placed the order.

I would not given 1 star if i could. First, very bad "customer experience". Delay after delay, order made on 10 Apr 2019 still not ship out, first time stated on website "will" ship out on 15 May, then updated "will" ship on 29 May (SKU 37192), i pretty sure it will be delay again & again. They give a template reason "delay by manufacturer". One more, why you ask we want to change to 24hrs ship items?..we order that particular item for good reason first of all.

One order SMOK Trinity Alpha made on 30 March, I request for refund, because already more than 2 month delay to ship, the "refund" though is pain in a** took forever. I understood it is pre-order item, but you as vape reseller company can't delivered customers demand, then you should CLOSE your business and do something else.

Let me just give you free advise about basic doing business, "supply and demand". If you can't provide customers demand, how you as company making profit? It's only making losses, and company that can't "provide" wouldn't growth further. Customers will not trust yours company anymore. Its doesn't matter how small or big the order you get, the important things is you can provide/delivered and making profit.

I highly, highly recommend don't to purchase anything that in pre-order or any things for that matter from this company. Trust me, you will regret and waste of time waiting. That's my personal opinion.

I have snapshot of my ticket for refund & status order if you guys want to see. Respond time is just s**t...although my country and their country are in same time zone.

UPDATE 29/5/2019 : My orchid vape order on 10/4/2019 (SKU 37192) is delay again for 3rd time :). I requested to process my refund back.

Overwhelming assortment from authentic to clone

Probably one of the best ways to order if you are looking to buy overseas. Waiting is a given, but even with the free E-packet shipping, it only takes about 2 weeks on upper East Coast with no shipping delays. Their prices are fantastic, but the main thing with 3fvape is if you happen to have an issue with a product, they go out of their way to rectify it, which just can't be said for some of the other overseas vendors. Been ordering here for years, and it's always been great.
