URGENT WARNING – 3 GLOBAL TOURS

We had a very serious and disappointing experience with 3 Global Tours.

We approached this agency for a Switzerland Schengen visa and made our flight and hotel bookings in advance based on the service we were promised. However, just 3 days before our scheduled appointment, we were suddenly informed that the appointment was for Greece instead of Switzerland.

This last-minute change caused us significant financial loss, stress and inconvenience, as our flights and accommodation had already been booked.

During the process, we were also given different names and inconsistent information, including names such as Mark and Luvsis, which raised serious concerns for us about who was actually handling our application. We were subsequently told to cancel the Switzerland appointment, leaving us extremely confused and frustrated.

We feel that we were misled about the visa service we were paying for. We are demanding a full refund and are prepared to provide all our evidence, including messages, payment records, appointment details, booking confirmations and other communications, to the relevant UK authorities.

⚠️ PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE USING THIS AGENCY. Verify your visa appointment and application directly with the relevant embassy before making expensive, non-refundable travel arrangements.

We believe this matter requires immediate investigation by the appropriate UK authorities. Anyone who has had a similar experience should keep all evidence and consider reporting it.

We want our money back and we want this matter properly investigated.

I would not recommend this agency.

I had a very bad experience with them. They guided me with incorrect information when planning my Greece visa application, which eventually resulted in an unsuccessful outcome. Later, I used them again for my Turkey eVisa application, but they failed to provide a flight ticket as supporting evidence when required.

Overall, I wasted both my time and money. This was my third travel agent, Global Tours, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

Awful lots,they never pick the phone,Ask for more Money and never refund back the money.Dont trust these lots Proper Scammers.

However my visa got rejected again the reason it says is SOP and other documents which these people provide
I asked for refund but that guy was saying about his job that he will loose his job if I go for refund
They again want to reapply which I don’t want
Bcz of their derogatory language and comments that they do calling people immigrants and speak so un professional..
Please don’t go for this agency they ruin your dream of travelling..

Martin is very knowledgeable and professional. He guided me step by step and ensured all my documents were accurate before submission. I had a smooth experience because of his support.

This company is completely fraud and there is no physical company and they mentioned fake address.
They show fake visa copies and falsely claim that all of them were arranged through their service, which is absolutely untrue.

They demanded advance payment upfront, which I unfortunately paid. After receiving the money, they did absolutely nothing for a month. Every time I followed up, they came up with new excuses. Later, they were not responding at all.On top of that, the bank account details they shared do not even appear to belong to a legitimate bank, which makes their activities even more suspicious and under-the-table.

Stay away from this company and save your money.

I never thought it would be this easy. My experience with Mark was wonderful. He made the complicated visa process very easy for me. Everything was well organized and completed on time.

Zack provided outstanding assistance throughout my Schengen visa application. He carefully checked all documents and ensured every requirement was fulfilled properly. Great customer service.

Later, they started demanding even more money, claiming that regular slots were unavailable and only “premium slots” could be booked.

Thankfully, I refused to pay anything further.

In short, this is a scam operation whose only goal is to take your money. They are highly unprofessional, dishonest, and misleading. On top of that, the bank account details they shared do not even appear to belong to a legitimate bank, which makes their activities even more suspicious and under-the-table.

Conplete fraud. Do not even talk to them. We're very pushy till I made the transfer then complete ghosting. They didn't even booked the appointment. And the phone number they called me from is never answering, neither the number they have on their page. I wish I read the reviews before transferring the money to them

Very professional and responsive team. They guided me step by step and helped me prepare all required documents correctly. My visa process went smoothly because of their support. Highly recommended.

Don’t trust this company. They are scammers who took £450 from me for a Schengen visa. After taking your money, they stop answering calls and messages. When I contacted them on their company number, they just said, “Let us check your case,” and never got back to me.

I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month, but they are not replying on WhatsApp or answering calls on their company number. Never apply for your visa through these scammers. They can ruin your visa process as well.

They also charged me for a return ticket, claiming it would be refunded, but I never received any refund.

The Experience was great ! Recently I used their services they are actually doing great .

I wont stop mentioning them until they return my money they have scammed me

Stay far away from this company. They took our money and then completely disappeared without delivering a single service. Six people in our group were left with absolutely nothing no communication, no support, no refund. Their behaviour is extremely suspicious, unethical, and strongly resembles a scam operation. Based on our experience, this company acts in a way that makes it impossible to trust them. Do not risk your documents, your time, or your money with them.

happy got my 1 month schengen visa but they were mean to refund my 100 pounds which they didnt even bother to refund back and started ignoring my texts

I am from london & I had pathetic experience with 3 global tour. They take your money and ghost you. I applied for my Amsterdam visa and someone name zack just ghosted me and provided me wrong travel insurance due to which my visa got rejected
