4D Planning provided outstanding service. Immediately demonstrating a grasp of our issue, they responded to our request for help with impressive speed and efficiency. Telling us exactly what material we needed to supply to them, 4D drafted a powerful application and submitted it in less than a fortnight. Elie, Dan and the team inspire confidence and offer excellent value for money. We are delighted.

We have used 4D Planning on four separate planning applications over the last eight years with a 100% success rate. Elie is really great to deal with and always available for a call to discuss the application and to strategise when the local authority throws an inevitable spanner. The 4D team are very professional and diligent, in particular when it comes to application details, producing drawings, design & access statements, assisting with additional requirements and liaising with the local authorities, where their patience and persistence has paid off every time. Pretty dissapointing - I had a planning Notice that i had to appeal and got James involved in doing an appeal. The initial service was ok despite me having to get james to make alterations to the stament a few times. The appeal failed in part and James sent me an email to explain his ultimate advise was to look for a suitable planning lawer & left it at that. They could well have offered to extend thier services to help look for a solution and retain my business buy sugesting we move forward with alternative solutions for example by meeting with the planning officers and obtaining pre-approval advice then possibly look to amend the build with the least impact and poss apply for a cert of lawfullness "exisiting" .I feel they washed thier hands without seeing it through and left me to look for an alternative planning Co to carry this forward. Final thoughts = started off good - supportive and informative but after bieng paid and when things go wrong or dont goto plan - i feel these guys will probably not help in averting a customers worries and see things through to the end as a result i will be looking for another planning agent to advise on how to support me in looking for alternative solutions to retaining my build.

Eli and his team did a great job steering us through the design and planning approval process in Camden. With his guidance, we received full planning permission and listed building consent for our proposed modifications to our Grade II listed flat.

Elie Osbourne and his team at 4D Planning made the process of applying for retrospective council development permission remarkably smooth and hassle-free - bearing in mind we are oversea property owners. They displayed exceptional dedication and professionalism in guiding us through the process.

Our communication primarily took place through channels like WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls. They invested the time necessary to fully comprehend the alterations made to our flat, while maintaining transparency about the likelihood of a successful application.

Their extensive knowledge of the requirements of a Grade-II Heritage site was evident, and once we provided the essential content needed for our application, they efficiently compiled a well-crafted submission. 4D were extremely efficient, responding quickly and turned my application around in double quick time, enabling me to meet a strict timetable. Their advice in making 2 applications, instead of 1 proved invaluable as I was granted the critical permission of a change of use, which enabled me to open my business in a timely manner. The second application was less time dependent, but a local busy body felt it necessary to complain, and an equally officious local planner thought it necessary to listen to them. If I had not made 2 applications I would have had to delay my opening date by 5 weeks and it would have cost me that in rent. So, a small investment on the back of sound professional advice, saved me many thousands. Thank you Elie and your team!

We had a very challenging project and had consulted with many architects, that not only wanted to charge very high fees based on a potential cost of the final build, but also could not tell us what could be approved.
