4D have been brilliant. They have nursed our plans through each stage with efficiency to the final successful outcome. They seem to have a depth of experience – they were the only company I found, after contacting many others, who understood and were able to give advice on the somewhat obscure live/work category which covered our flat.

Elie and the rest of the 4d Planning team were professional, friendly and efficient throughout. We had a slight hiccup with our first application but Elie rectified this quickly and planning was quickly approved. Communication was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 4d planning. Elie and his team at 4D Planning prepared a regularisation application for us, fixing a mess a sub-standard builder and his "planning expert" left us four years ago. The standard of the application submission was very high, including full plans and a multi-page statement proving how the work was completed over four years ago. Elie was very communicative throughout the process, detailing timelines and required documentation including what we would need to provide and what his team would cover. Whilst ultimately out of the control of 4D Planning, we were very pleased the planning department approved the application, no doubt largely due to the high quality of the submission prepared by 4D Planning. I highly recommend Elie and his team, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any planning matters.

Elie and 4D planning are easy to work with and straightforward, helping us find sensible solutions without overcomplicating things. The team are efficient and good communicators. We were recomemnded them by a friend and would be happy to recommend to others.

Can't rate Elie and his team highly enough. Our builder built our extension too big, neighbour reported us and Elie bailed us out.

Elie and his team were incredibly helpful and profesional throughout the entire consultation process. Communication was clear and forthcoming and attention to detail was exceptional. We live in Canada and Elie guided us through the planning process from start to finish and handled all our questions and concerns with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Usually these two qualities dont go hand in hand. This was important to us as we are unfamiliar with UK planning processes. We will be using 4D Planning again for our next upcoming renovation of an old Victorian End Terrace. We highly recommend this company.

What first appeared to be such a complicated process was made extremely simple and stress free with 4D Planning and approval was received within the agreed timescale.

Elie and James at 4D Planning worked with with us to obtain planning permission for a new 2 bed house in SE London. A different firm had reviewed our plan and stated the project was a non runner. However, 4D Planning took the job and by working on several design issues were able to achieve planning permission. The design works well, looks good and fitted our brief. They are up front with fees and charge a fair rate for a good job. I'll be using 4D again and shall recommend them.
