Customer Service No More

Orders are shipped without the hardware purchased. Then when you open a ticket, they tell you they're going to ship it to the customer but no one ever does. Customer service at 4Over has become an absolute joke!

Sample Kit

I received the sample kit and the sample books are high quality and very professional.

My only knock was because of the package. It was pretty beat up and makes me a little concerned about the packaging for other orders.

I won't go anywhere else!

The website is awesome. It's easy to find what you're looking for, and items are described well. The FAQs, while extensive, do provide answers to lots of questions. But, if you can't find what you need, it's easy and quick to speak to an expert. I had to speak with three experts for my last order. Not only did they "know their stuff," but they also were refreshingly nice to talk with. Definitely not "cookie cutter" help types!

Disappointed At Recent Service

This is based on a recent incident. I've been going to 4over for a couple of decades now and I'm usually pretty satisfied with their printing and products and very little drama. Their prices are pretty excellent for the quality but over the recent past years, I've not been a bit dissatisfied with some of their pricing and how they charge. I have never understood why I could not group my order together to have items all ship at once to streamline shipping cost. I've called regarding this some time ago and perhaps it has changed unbeknownst to me but I think it's ridiculous to pay shipping for each item ordered at the same time. Also, once upon a time, free delivery meant free not free with handling and delivery fee (nominal as it is). I recently had a hiccup with a delivery that got returned (first time that ever happened) and apparently there were 2 boxes in the order that I did not recall but I was notified that a box had returned. I was sure I placed the space number on the address but I believe when it was corrected by the postal suggestion, that the number dropped off (my fault for not noticing). In any event, it was returned but instead of 4over shipping stating 1 of 2 boxes returned from that order, they just mentioned 1 box so here we are 2 weeks later and another box is returned and I'm confused as I thought I had gotten my order. Well I inquired several times as to what happened that the boxes got separated and 2 weeks later another returns and the questions were ignored a few times but at the end of each email, it states "Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions" but never answer my questions. I called customer service to get some answers and Quint or Quinton was perplexed and looked into it and interesting enough, he did find it necessary to inform me that they did not control UPS as though I had said that 4over did! All I was inquiring was why didn't someone in shipping mention that 1 of the 2 boxes had returned and that there was another box somewhere and then I could have made an informed decision as to what my next move would be like investigate where the other box was and deal with everything all at once. Mishaps happens but it was clear no one had an answer to my questions or any small part of accountability…it was all kind of brushed off. When the first box came back, I asked if it could just be local delivery to my office by their driver and I would just deliver to my client myself but for some reason they would not do so. In all fairness, 4over was kind enough to waive the shipping to my office so now I get another email regarding a second box and they stated they could ship for $47 when the first time I was quoted $23! When I inquired, it went down to $27. They also informed me that UPS charged them $20 for the return and I'm wondering why UPS charged anything when UPS separated the boxes in the first place (this is UPS's error–2 weeks!). Everything should have been delivered all at once on a singular order of one item. 4over should have investigated the missing box but did not. This has been a frustrating and the customer service was really of no help and somewhat indifferent. I have to say that I can count on one hand the issues I've had but when they happened, they were kind of big. Do better!

UPDATE TO ABOVE REVIEW!!!!!!
I was pleasantly surprised to actually hear back from a rep at 4over regarding my concerns. The customer rep apologize for all the confusion that occurred and the concerns regarding products and services. In regards to the delivery hiccup, apologies were given with accountability on their part, however, I ended up going to pick up this second box at their facility (as I did not care to pay for additional local shipping $27-$47) that got separated from the first box by UPS. So even though there were apologies and accepted accountability, no offer to ship at a discount or a coupon for future orders was offered. No big deal but noted and I was very surprised to find that the second box of my 2500 order was a 11x8x2 size. I was expecting a large box for all the headache I went though to obtain. SMH. I just wanted to note the outcome and that I was indeed contacted.
