The shipping cost isn't calculated correctly. Charges double for the same delivery. The local pick up option doesn't work even when I know the product is produced locally. Delivered way later than expected.

Great opportunities to make great mark-ups
As long as your art is to spec, one can afford MANY printing projects and make great mark-ups for little work as a broker. Only 'missing link' is offering a service that alters reducing enlarged original artwork to fit, say, a post- or business card.

Love the printing, and the team members. We are a professional experienced, long time printing company /partner located in Chatsworth, CA. We have been working with them since they started.
Quality is always there. Excellent communication in regards to stages of production. They handle multiple projects fro us, ranging from direct mail, and direct mail catalogs, to labels, and box printing.
Pricing is very fair. Any printing or logistics issues that do arise, are always addressed quickly. Professionals.
