I purchased a stainless water filter and some how either by mistake or other I was sent $600.00 worth of filters!
I have Berky filters and did not want these and after spending hours on hold for Customer service I cancelled the charge with my Visa holder and assumed they would contact me. Wrong! They took the time to contact my bank and convince them the order was legit without even trying me. Bank called this morning and said they will run the charge. As I write this I have been on hold with Customer service 26 minutes with no contact. I will avoid these guys like the plague.......

Terrible equipment. The batteries don't hold charges they don't work and are easily overloaded by most household items this company is selling equipment that just does not work ever and if you rely on it during emergency you're going to be totally screwed. Do not trust this company with the safety of your family because they don't care they're just selling cheap equipment hiding behind patriotism it's pathetic

This organization is worthy of our support. Very good products that are helpful now and in the future world of problems. Thank you to all their employees.

I ordered the the water filtration system and it takes FOREVER for the water to filter into the bottom half and when it does the water drips out of the supposedly sealed container......piece of junk! Do not waste your money with this company!

The reviews that I just read made me wonder if those non-working items came straight from another country? Perhaps if they had stopped at a 4 Patriots business, you could have check (or at least spot checked) the products. Then after you know they work well, send them on to the customer? I have a secret. If I have ANY questions or concerns I ask for the same helpful gentleman every time!! The vast majority of things ordered, I have yet to try. They arrive in a timely manner, right items, and well packaged. One thing - the white rice was NOT "rice-like". It was crispy! I still like you guys! Vickie

I ordered last week and my package is lost. Says trying to locate. If this company wants to survive might want to get better products and services and shipping. PS this company is super to be in TN. Why did my package get received and lost initially in Georgia?

Sucks , wont run little fan on cpap all night....recharge takes days and absolutely no way to add battery back ups to until

The food is just plain horrible. Chicken Ala King stunk up my cabin for two days. Completely un-palatable. Wish I could get a negative star review.

I think I got what I paid for, just an oversized UPS that has a few kinks. I purchased three units and they arrived in different states. One was nearly fully charged, the second was drained, and the third was on and warm. Installation was simple, BUT, instructions were insufficient. One is running my A/V system, another is doing the fridge and the third is connected to a freezer and wine fridge. The on the household fridge failed due to heat issues…putting it behind the unit was too much for it. The freezer unit failed because it can’t handle more than 60 watts passing through. I’m keeping all three and will need to manually connect them as needed. My issue with them is that they don’t restart without intervention, so what was purchased as a solution actually created more problems than I had without them.

I've ordered and recieved my items always intact. The food was edible, quite good actually. I have also purchased several solar stills, also worked great. The delivery of my items have always been prompt, Ive also talked with their support teams and they have always been attentive and quick to settle any issues that arise.I will definately order from Patriots again.

Ordered water filter for $99 9 only to find out they wanted $100's for way overpriced filters! Deceptive marketing. I should have known better than to trust a company using Facebook to sell products. I wish I had read their reviews first!
I'm a 100% disabled vet. Shame on this company for using "Patriots" in their company name.

Don't ever buy anything from fourpatriots.com. I have a four Patriots 1800 Watt and it's a total piece of crap. It always has been and it always will be. Save your money and stay away from this terrible company

I am putting together 72hr kits for each of my family members. I decided to go with their buy 1 get 2 free 72 hr kits. At the end was a product push for their 1 month kits bogo. I decided to try it out. The shipping was at first really fast. They promised a free suprise gift if I used my phone number and for the order I was supposed to receive a survival guide. Neither the guide nor the gift came. One of the Banana chips was punctured. I contacted customer service. The tone was not very pleasant. There were a lot of security questions asked over banana chips like I was trying to steal gold from fort Knox. They sent a link that expires to 3 "survival" guides that really were more like AI tips. They did say they would replace the Bananas. Still waiting. As for the food. Most of what you are getting is plain instant rice and flavored instant oat meal. The servings are small and you will only get 1600 calories per day which for most Adults is base line weight management not nutritional support. You could create the food portion of the kit cheaper yourself with mylar bags and vacuum sealer. I like the tote over the 5 gallon bucket most companies use. I can see why coat is a little higher for that. They are slightly dishonest and rely heavily on sales tactics and tricks. With the sale it was cheaper than Augusta farms same foods. The 72 hr kits you end up paying for 2 kits by the time you add shipping so it's not an amazing deal but cheaper thank 3 kits at box stores. Patriots quote bas price of 29.99 for 3 kits you end up with 14.99 for shipping on top of that. 72 hr kits at other stores are around 27. So you will save a bit with the sale just not a lot

I have been buying products from 4Patriots for several years and I’m thankful for the high quality of everything that I have received. Always very fast shipping. Thankfully have not had to use survival food, but very thankful that I’m ready to feed my family when it hits the fan. Have had to use the solar generator in recent ice storm when electricity was off for 7 days. VERY thankful that it was able to power critical needs.

Have had no problems with orders or payments. Purchased Alpha Elite Case, solar ice chest and food supplies. Items have been of good quality and excellent customer support. Appreciate that 4Patriots support our troops and veterans.
