I’m not a person to do reviews so I have to really like a product to recommend it and the 4 patriot 8000mah solar powered phone charger is the best I have ever used and I only paid $100 for 4 gave the other 3 away as presents. I could sell these things all day long!!!! Simple small powerful and it also charges 2 phones at the same time. Awesome product!!!!!

Purchased a Generator that came with the Sidekick for upcoming hurricane season. After hurricane hit, used both generators along with a reliable Gas powered generator. The 1800 did ok, i will say that at night i used to 1800 exclusively for my fridge. It maintained power for it throughout the entire night. The Sidekick however i used to only m aintain charge on a couple of portable devices and died less than two hours later. would not come back on or take a charge. Contacted company as it was under warranty and they sent a replacement. Very next year we were hit again and did my same routine. This time i had sidekick only running a small LED lamp that barely pulled any power. Same thing happened in less than an hour. This item has issues and now i have a doorstop.

I have been ordering 4 Patriots products for years and have NEVER had a problem with any of the generators (I have 4), food, power cells, Water filtration system, water storage cubes, flashlights, radios, lanterns, etc. I get GREAT customer service.
I do not know why there are so many negative reviews about 4 Patriots, they are a great company and I will continue to order things from them. Keep up the good work 4P!!!

First your sales should not misrepresent your product...they told me that it would cover all my needs before I ordered it.. now when I use it for the first time our power goes out,the unit didn't even run for 1 hr...totally opposite what I was told before I bought it for 4000 dollars... now I won't a refund the will not honor there product or what they told me it would do.. don't buy anything from them. I stayed o hold for 3 plus hours trying to get in touch with customer service,then when I do get in touch. They won't do anything to help. The only thing I had plugged in is a small air conditioner and it used up 100 percent of the battery in less than 1 hr..now I've got the BOB involved and waiting on a lawyer to call me back... so if u r reading this,,im a true customer no bots or computers making up nice reviews..don't buy. Don't buy....waste of money

I’m extremely disappointed with this cooler/refrigerator. Every time we’ve tried to use it, it has given us problems. On a road trip, plugged into the 12V outlet in the car exactly as intended, it keeps throwing an F2 error and failing to work properly. It was already cold when we put it in the car, so we were not asking it to do anything extreme — just keep things cold.

A portable car cooler should be reliable, especially when people are depending on it during travel. Instead, this has been frustrating, inconsistent, and basically useless when we actually need it. I regret buying it and would not recommend it.

I ordered 4 of the hand held solar panels that are SUPPOSED to help you charge your cell but all 4 warped in no time and became totally useless. They did send 4 replacement ones that were a different model but all 4 just plain didn't work. Turns out thier stuff is made in CHINA ! The quality shows its made in CHINA.
I was thinking of buying one of thier Big Solar Generators but if they can't even get a $10 item to be good why would I trust Thousand dollar one ? Most likely made in China as well ? Now I won't order anything from them because of these quality issues.
BEFORE you buy ANYTHING electric ASK if its made in China ? When I tried to ask if thier big Generators were made in China all i got were Crickets.
Be VERY CAREFUL ordering anything from here. I ordered food from here but now im concerned if its any good or not as to how long is it REALLY good for and where does it come from ? That remains to be checked out ???
Just dont be sold because its got an American sounding name. RESEARCH !

Great customer service. No glitch goes unfixed. Good products. They need to be more honest about tech limitations of products since most people don't understand the true abilities of the items. All in all, I am a happy customer. Food is good, equipment works, shipping is reliable and the people are good to deal with.

I have been a customer for years. I have the food, emergency radio, chargers and finally got the solar generator.
Everything I have ever bought has been high quality. The good is delicious and easy to make.
I had one hiccup with the generator being delivered but called their service number and it got resolved quickly.

Junk products. My dad purchased 2 of the small solar chargeable power packs for charging small items like cell phones. On solar charge the don't even charge enough to charge a cell phone 1 time.

I recently bought a survival food package. Unfortunately, being a diabetic, I really will not be able to use this food. It is extremely high in carbohydrates, with meals being made primarily of rice and pastas. Out of curiosity, I did try their oatmeal and mac and cheese. Neither was very tasty. I think it's better to keep canned meats, vegetables, and other nutritious food in your pantry so you can better accommodate individual nutrition needs.

I have ordered from 4patriots numerous times. I have never been dissatisfied with their service or products. It's a great feeling to be prepared for the unexpected! I have most of their products and I have never been disappointed! I trust 4patriots!

I purchased the Water Filtration system and as a prepper it was always my intent to make sure I had backup supplies. Having one is none type of mindset. So I purchased the system, and extra filters (you know being PREPARED). Well I was cleaning out my water system and came to the rotation of the Filters I needed to pull and clean and replace with the new stock I had (PREPARED for) I opened the brand new Box and the Ceramic was separated from the base and the charcoal inside was broken. So I contacted the company to show them the pictures and show them the new stock I had set aside for being prepared. The answer I got was a little disturbing with " You bought the system three years ago, and it is out of warranty" I wrote back that yes that is about prepping to make sure you have supplies when needed. The answer was simply no we will not stand behind this because your warranty is over. This really is a stupid response on their part as being PREPARED means having a rotation on hand when needed. I clearly showed the filter problem and no damage to the box or packaging. This is clearly a quality control issues shipped that way from the factory. I was about to buy the generator system as a portable system, however this clearly showed me this is not about customer service, this is not about being prepper minded, this is about their too bad so sad response, and they wont do the right thing. This a is not a prepper minded company, despite their boasting as such. Buy another companies system, buy from somewhere else.

Had a technical problem with one of their products. Tried contacting their technical department for three days and never had the phone answered l, a call back or chat. The chat told me they can't handle technical problems on chat.
Don't use this Company. All about making $$$ but not supporting their products.
After writing this review I was contacted by email. The problem was fixed. They were very helpful once they reached out.

Rating not so much with buying, but to research reviews-on just every so-called savings or reliability of products online. Reviews on this site is indicative of a “CRAP-SHOOT!” Btw: too many spams out there, be cautious and not be complacent, it’s your hard earned money. And, yes, say all all you what, made in China is a turn- off!

Ordered for a family member who doesn't like internet shopping. Waited way too long for order to arrive only for products to be expired and out of date AND it came from a foreign company. Now I'm stuck because they won't take it back since the return window passed.

More Chinese junk. l have been ripped off.

A disgrace. When charging the generator for the first time, that was a smell of rubber tires in the house coming from the device. Nowhere does it say the product is made in China on the website that I can find. Called and emailed company. No responses yet. Stay away from this. I made a big mistake.

Never received original shipment I called to complain, they said they would resend, never received that order either. Pretty sure they are scamming customers

As a military retire, I started prepping for emergencies. The products are very good. I really enjoy the generators . I have 2 of them. I have the water purifier and drink straws. Your operators are extremely professional. They go out of their way to help every time I've called. Keep up the good work

I've bought products from 4Patriots for years. The few problems I've had with purchases have been promptly addressed by customer service. I've not eaten much of my food stores, but what I have eaten has been delicious. The company replaced my first large filtering water cooler when the spigot leaked, but I kept it to use over my dogs' water bowl, providing them clean water. Solar lights, sun kettles, rechargeable batteries, solar fridges, solar generators, mosquito lights, small camp stoves, rechargeable fans and tactical flashlights, water storage, food stocks, great totes, and more, all came with excellent customer support; I haven't tried the solar air conditioner, but do use my Breezy Cube mini portable cooler. I've given many gifts of 4Patriots gear, with no complaints. This company supports veterans, too. It's a winner, markets great package deals, and I recommend it without reserve.
