I tried to order an emergency food kit for my brother who lives off grid in California. The order was dropped off at a post office, and when he went to pick it up, he was told there would be an almost $300 postage due fee. He was not able to afford that so it was returned. I contacted 4patriots to see if the order could just be reshipped to my house when it was returned, and I would be happy to pay another shipping fee. I went round and round with customer service trying to see if that could be done. I was told I would have to pay a $21 per package return fee and then wait for the refund to be processed and order again using my address. I told them it was not a return per se. After explaining the situation over and over…I was told the same thing. So now I have to pay $84 for a package that never got picked up due to the high postage due. It was returned and now I have to pay for the return. How does this make sense? How can a company treat customers like this and remain in business? Stay away from this company. I wish I would have read these reviews first.

Wife bought a 4patriot sidekick in 2023. It stayed in the box until 2 days ago when I opened it and found the battery to be dead. Customer service strung me along like they could help but then said they couldn'tfind the order number. I gave them the number off the packing slip. Guess they throw away their records. Products don-t work and they pretend they never sold it to you.

I have not tried any of 4Patriots items but I think it's kind of ironic that alot of their products are made in China. I mean here they got China (a country who along with Russia is suppose to cause America's next disaster "The Fatal Blackout" making survival products for the people that China wants to kill. This Blackout, which they are predicting. Could happen al anytime. Nothing will work. There will be no electricity no running water no internet no phones will work, and no cars will start! They say the store shelves will never empty within 2 days. There will be no hospitals to go to, sick people will have no medicine, mother's will have no formula for thier babies. There will also be alot of looting and people breaking into people's houses to get food any anything else you have. That is why I cannot figure out why their slogan is " feed thy neighbor " If you feed one neighbor everyone will find out that you are stocked up and you do not know how long this is gonna last, probably at least a year. Anyway, so much for MADE IN AMERICA

Be very aware. The 9-month payment plan for the small generator is actually a 19.5% increase in cost. Cash price is $1499 but the 9-month payment plan is $199/month for 9 months =$1791. Increases the cost by $292 or 19.5%. Or by credit card language that's a 44% interest rate. I canceled the order and will never order from 4Patriots. Rip Off to me.

I have purchased lots of food, water bricks, the water Filtration System and several other odds and ends. I price check everything and found these goods competitively priced. I tried out the food which I thought was tasty. I've experienced very friendly and helpful customer service. I received emails every step of the way until I received my items. The biggest thing is all the free education I have received at 4PATRIOTSUNIVERSITY.COM I'm so thankful for that service. Will I buy again from 4Patriots? You betcha!

This company is great. The products are of good quality & reasonable price. Since they provide things like generators, battery chargers for cell phones, and the freeze dried packaged foods I bought. The employee I work with is Frank Bates. He’s f I have been looking at something, he lets me know when the sale is closing. He is also a Vet so I trust his knowledge on the products. Everyone I have dealt with are competent, helpful & answer my questions. The products I have purchased are good quality. I am now saving for a generator but if you wanted one they do have a monthly payment plan. Checkout their web sits.

I bought two and neither works. They both look fully charged, but do not charge my other devices. I've use a myriad of cords (some brand new) and I cannot charge at all.

Bought an emergency solar power generator. It showed up with a certain amount of charge, I plugged it in a topped it off, then put it in my closet, you know for emergencies. It sat for about 6 months. When I pulled it out to actually use it the battery was dead. I tried to charge it and it would not charge. I was told through customer service that I need to plug it in every 3 or 4 months… why is it sold as an emergency preparedness item if when you need it, it is dead?!?
Called customer service. They tried to blame its malfunctioning on me… because I didn’t perform “regular maintenance”.
Was sent information and shipping labels to send it back. Surprise, surprise. The information that I was to give FedEx was useless. The labels were garbage.
This company is trash!
I received a free solar lantern that I gave my 6 year old daughter and it stopped working with 5 minutes. Tried to charge it… nope.
Bought the “Faraday bag” and it wouldn’t stop my phone from receiving calls or texts. So that was also junk.

Do not use this company!

4 patriots offers quality products to ensure you're ready for future events. I have two solar generators purchased, what 4patriots does is provide information on proper ways to use after purchase. This is true with all products, you can attend webinars, call with questions. This company is like nothing I've ever experienced, they help you so much with products they sell. The long term food, 4patriots even offers recipes for you to try, mixing together pouches for delicious meals. I have ever had a bad experience with 4patriots, just the opposite, they are overly helpful.
Also, I'm impressed that I can have one person contact with the company. Making contact with my personal representative to make an order, I get a percentage off the price!
For anyone reading this, I want you to know, I'm 80 year old that's hard to please. 4 patriots has me "Tickled," without a feather!

Great service & great prices & selections

I purchased a Blackout Buddy as a backup for my refrigerator. It repeatedly had error codes and the outlets quit working within 6 weeks. Totally unreliable. I contacted the company to return it and the solar panel I purchased. They charge a "restocking fee" of $50 to return the panel and $100 for the Blackout Buddy plus return shipping was on my dime. I'm out $250. I warn people NOT to buy from this company.

I’m a disabled marine from service related brain cancer and frankly the whole organization is geared to help people who need help in getting ready for those bad times. Frank is a fellow veteran and a true American he sells equipment that’s easy to operate,food that’s affordable and really tasty ( yummy ) Godbless this company it’s worth the money to grab the specials they have for your family’s safety and comfort. Godbless 4Patriots for helping the clueless in prepping for survival that didn’t get the training Frank and myself got in the military. Check them out you won’t be sorry but happy you did.

First the waterproof containers come unsecured so anyone can open them on the way to my home. Second I purchased a 3 month supply of food. The price was very expensive. I received a abundance of cream of wheat,white rice,etc. I would not recommend them for the reasons above. You pay alot of money and your packages are not secured and you have no choice of what food you will receive.

Some time ago I placed an incorrect order and was worried I would have to keep what I had ordered. They were very prompt and kindly helped me get the correct items ordered. Customer service was very kind and polite. The date I am entering is not the date of this experience as I can't remember that far back. However, I haven't forgotten the helpful assistance. I have and will continue to ordered more products from this company!! Thank you!!

4 patriots is one worst solar generators that you can buy there are so many other manufactures that make a much better product. I bought there latest 2200X its sounds like a motorcycle winding up in my living room. Plus there are other problems. Because of there advertisement they have a lot of customer's but really the product is not that good compared to other companies. 4 patriots is the most expensive, you can get a better product for a 3rd of the price

If you pick thus up on a holiday special, you can get a pretty decent deal. 4th of July, buy a week get 2 free, not bad.
Otherwise this is very pricey! Lots of other ways to preserve food, like rice and beans etc. With alittle rotation, it will last along time and you'll be prepared.
My biggest issue is for $90 week supply, why 2 bags of the cheapest food you can find, Mac and cheese? Better variety, maybe some protien and not all carb foods, and alittle better pricing, clearly they can do it givin the holiday deals and this could really be an amazing purchase for all families. Check your local grocery store, alot have an easy store 5 gallon bucket, comparable in food, and you may save some money, and its all packed for you! 1 week supply comes in a cardboard box by the way.

This company appears to be in stage three of enshittification, (yes that is a real word look it up). I ordered a 2200x generator with other items and I got everything except the 2200x. I had to call the company to find out about the back order issue, they never contacted me at all. They do not communicate with their customers in anyway except to ask you to spend more money with them.

Wow I wish I read this before I purchased. Fox News should be embarrassed promoting this sham. I purchased the generators on the July 4 special. When I processed the order the website was so convoluted and deliberately vague that somehow they charged me for additional upgrade package. I called customer service for return instructions (after disputing the charge to protect myself) and customer service said they can’t help me unless I remove my bank dispute first. He could not speak with me and he would send it to their elevated issues department. 48 hours later I have not heard from them. They wanted me to unprotect myself so they could eventually shaft me. I will not let this stand and if they do not respond to rectify this I will fully pursue this in the courts of law. I’ll keep you all posted.

I’m not a person to do reviews so I have to really like a product to recommend it and the 4 patriot 8000mah solar powered phone charger is the best I have ever used and I only paid $100 for 4 gave the other 3 away as presents. I could sell these things all day long!!!! Simple small powerful and it also charges 2 phones at the same time. Awesome product!!!!!
