Bought 8 movie studio seating several years ago. Love the seats! One of the power cords became damaged. Called customer errand they sent out a free replacement. Wasn’t expecting that! Great customer service from the time I bought them and again 5+ years later!

Overall this was a positive buying experience. We order 3 chairs with the massage, lighting, and soundshaker option. The shipping was super fast and the packaging was superb. Only negative is the soundshaker is on back order and I was not notified. I would definitely recommend them and will do business with them again in the future.

Megan was amazing, awesome (I'm failing to find anything appropriate adjective to describe how great she was). I purchased a 3 seat power recliner back in about November 2020. I recently moved in May 2026, and the movers either lost or misplaced the connecting power cords for each seat. Now the recliner function does not work as it has no power. Megan found my order right off (my original invoice is long gone). My hope was to get the parts list and hope I can order the needed power cords. Megan emailed me the Owner's Manual, which has all the parts numbers and also emailed me a copy of my original invoice/order form. Folks, that is the best Customer Service I've received in a long long time. 4Seat.com is so blessed to have Megan on their Customer Service team.

We purchased 4 leather theatre chairs from 4 Seating back in 2018. Still have the chairs. They have worn well, still look great! In 8 years the only issue we have had with the chairs is that we had one of our led back lit cup holders go out. I contacted 4 Seating and they shipped a replacement out quickly. Megan, the customer support rep who assisted me was great. Literally 4 minutes on the phone and the part was ordered. Great customer support and great chairs from 4 Seating!

Great product! Great staff. Very happy With our purchase. The Seatcraft chairs are great quality.

Everything so far has gone very smoothly, and Megan at customer service even explained all the many questions I had regarding the 5 year extended warranty in full detail, which I fully recommend as it includes not just part failures, but even customer accidents as well. I have not received the couch yet, but imagine this will be a smooth experience, just like the customer service I've received from Megan as well!!

Megan was amazing. Not only did she take the time to answer all of my questions in a timely fashion, she also did research for the part that I needed and stayed on top of my tardiness. Megan was very kind and capable. She listened to what the problem is and quickly made arrangements for the issue to be resolved.

The customer service was amazing. I needed a motor replacement and Manuel made sure I purchased the correct replacement part. He sent me video links so I could do the replacement myself. Manny was patient and caring. A+ customer service well beyond the warranty. The couch itself had issues with the seams pulling apart less than a year after purchasing and have continued to do so.

This is our 3rd purchase from 4seating, and the first where we have needed to contact customer service. First, I would like to say that 10 years ago we made our first 4seating purchase when we bought 6 Palister Elite theater seats. Today they look and operate the same as they did the day they were delivered. This latest purchase we made a mistake in not realizing the sofa we ordered came in one large box and our street/driveway couldn't accommodate a 18 wheeler truck to deliver it curbside. We immediately called customer service, and Megan worked with us to arrange white glove delivery (she mentioned that they tend to use smaller trucks). In addition to the $199 white glove delivery fee (that in hindsight we should have added when we placed the order), we also paid to have the sofa transferred to the new delivery company. In spite of the added cost, we were thrilled that Megan was able to offer a solution. Our only other option we could come up with was to rent a Uhaul and meet the 18 wheeler to pick up the sofa. I called into the help desk for information regarding the power requirements for the seat heat and massage functions. All my questions were taken down and within 2 hours I was given a call back with the specs. Manny was very helpful and a professional tech. Also the seats are awesome. Very please with the quality and price.
