The furniture I ordered came in and the quality is amazing. It was a custom order and everything was perfect. I had an issue with hinges that Manuel Gonzalez on the service team was able to analyze and find a solution for. Very good products and post delivery service.

Recently i did have one thing go wrong with the massage unit in one of the seat backs. Low and behold it was just out of warranty however Meagan Moore took it upon herself to speak with a manager and they are replacing the entire seat back at no charge. That is great customer service and standing behind their product.

Bought a pair of reclining sofas from here 6 years ago. Best quality "theater" style seating we have ever owned (and we have had several others). They have held up wonderfully. Recently, we needed a replacement part (hinge), and Megan replied promptly via email, kept me updated as she located the part, and helped me place the order. Awesome old school personal customer service.

I received my couch and the first day the motor didn't work in the recliner. I reached out and spoke to Manny. I know that he is busy it took a few follow up calls to reach him again. After contact he immediately sent a replacement part and scheduled a technician to come repair it
