Communication excellent. Delivered promptly. Dean the delivery driver was helpful and called ahead with a precise arrival time.

Took a little bit longer than expected but everyone through the process was polite and helpful. Especially Michael Horgan, very polite, effective and very quick to get in touch if you have any questions.

Perfect experience with Dean - he collected my bike, delivered my replacement, always showed care in moving the bike and also answered some of my questions regarding the procedure and what happened next, when it was fully in his right to say "I'm just delivering". Overall a quick and easy exchange.

I cannot thank him enough for how calm and kind he was with me. He was patient, answered all my questions with crystal clear answers and seemed like he had all the time in the world for me.

These people represent RAC insurance. In my experience Fourth Dimension were rude and unhelpful. The man I spoke to refused to give me his name and put the phone down on me. My call to them was timed at 10.36 7/5/26. Imagine if my enquiry was a difficult one. Cowboys I would say.
