Misleading
I ordered the 4D silk Magic Mascara but it didn't do what it supposed to do in other words it didn't work at all! Then I noticed it has a different name from the one they advertised on their website. So I emailed them saying that the item you sent me is not the same one that I ordered, and the mascara you sent me is worth a crap the 99¢ mascara is way better than this. And this is what their response " the packaging might be different but both product have the same formulation and contain the same ingredients" I don't think so. They give you 60 days to try it but if you are not satisfied you can return it. The return policy is you have to return it in the same packaging unopened. How you gonna try it without opening it?

I purchased the firming cream and the company said visible results. The bottle was s trial/sample size after 4 pumps it was finished. The size is not stated on their website how are you meant to see any results. I paid £16.00 which I could have paid for s full size bottle elsewhere. Dont waste your money.

I brought a product in this company
I brought a product in this company! It took 2 months to be delivered and came damaged! They asked proof that was damaged, I send it and they said they were refunding me! But it is already 3 months and no sign of the money in my account! And ask a real proof from a bank, that it was delivered and they always ask me to contact my bank! Hahaha it is is now a joking! But I will leave a message here every day until i have my money back and avoid it happening to othere people too.
