Faulty goods
I placed a order for the Ultra Slimming device on 22nd August 2020. I waited a while to receive this order, though I did not mind waiting. Sadly when I received the slimming device it had a foreign plug on it (two flat pins).
So I then had to make another purchase for an adaptor plug, to be able to get the slimming device to work in the UK. Once I received the new adaptor plug I turned the slimming device on. The device was lit up which proved the adaptor plug works fine. Though the actual slimming device does abousolutely nothing at all even when I turned it to the highest setting possible.
I have just been informed by Geoffrey that i will not be given a full refund. As i did not inform them of the device not working within 7 days. Aparently you must inform them within 7 days for them to honour the 60 day money back gauarantee. Even though I am within less than 30 days of reporting this to them as faulty goods. And also I would not of received the item within the 7 days as it was still in transit at that point!
It clearly states on their website that they offer a 60 day money back gauarantee. Obviously they do not honour this promise.
The reason for my score of this company is less than 1 star, as the device does not work so it is faulty goods and I am given nothing....

Men's All Weather Survival Jacket - do not buy it.
I purchased Men's All Weather Survival Jacket because it looked decent as it was shown in the ad video. Unfortunately, it did not fit at all - poor cut. It looks cheap and it was made cheap. The inner side is rough and cheap - rough edges and stitched. Many stitched have loose treads.

Don't waste your money
I have ordered 3 products from them - one was useful but the other two were rip-offs! Ordered a face mask and they only sent me one mask, when Amazon did a pack of 6 for the same price, and ordered a cream and the bottle they sent was tiny!
