Order with smartphone, no order number, but charged
I saw an ad on YouTube so I wanted to try. I've ordered with my smartphone, on August 3rd. Everything went fine but no order number generated. So I've checked my bank account and yeah, already charged.
I've contacted the 7secondssmile's customer service the same day with questions, no answer.
Now we are August 7th and I have no idea if I'll receive something someday, or if I simply get robbed.

Just awfull
My experience was just awfull. I bought 2 double grill pans and was very disappointed. Worst internet saler I have ever known: they sent me a crapy thing I never ordered (it was like a children's toy) and the customer service told me I should send it back from France to China (on me!!!)... In my opinion, the return should be free of charge for the customer.
It was the first and the last time I use this site. I can't recommend it at all!

Love the gloves. I bought a pair for me a few days ago. Bought a pair last year for my husband. They work really great when you are loading your magazines and shooting. Would recommend them too family and friends. Very satisfied.

The product took an extremely long time to Arrive to Canada (like over 2 months) and now that I’ve seen the product, it’s not what I was expecting. They are cheap looking and feeling, they are fake looking and have no real look or feel to them at all. I would not recommend.

Excellent service and early results
My butt trainer and abs trainer came in two different packages at different times. Since I was confused that the abs trainer did not come with the butt trainer, I wrote 7SecondsSmile, and they replied quickly. They explained to me that there was nothing to worry about, for sometimes the items came at different times. This was a great service, and I truly hope this conveys the impression of trustworthiness for you, too.
The items came and are functioning perfectly. I have been using them for some days now, and I feel sore, because muscle is being built, and moreover do I already see my muscles are more accentuated. However, remember to keep exercising, too.
