Very bad !

The RTP is very low - under 50 %, maybe even lower. The algorithms they use are very unfavourable against players. Especially when you make a cash out, the RTP drops down significantly. Repeating patterns of the games, forget about some randomness here. When you wanna close the account - they don’t do it. Avoid this site.

6 days it has taken for them to process…

6 days it has taken for them to process payment after i was told on 4, 5 and 6 that payment was in final stage of processing ( how many stages are there? Im guessing 100 stages). And once processed 3 to 4 days until it makes it into my bank account.

No Surprises, Just Fun

Lack of Live Support Chat 🕒

I was having a problem and it took a long time to get help from for the email. A live chat option would be able to help fix that.

Deposit not credited even after 2 weeks !

Made a deposit of INR 8000 on 9 November 2024. Till date it has not been credited to my gaming account. Up until 3 days prior they were all about flimsy, sketchy responses. Now they have stopped replying altogether ! I had loat INR 1691 like this before. Never could imagine that this casino will be such a scam after more than 2 years of great experience ! I will surely escalate this !

***I would be glad if there is option to share proof of my claim
