8Rental.com Reviews

We booked with 8rental for four days for our large group of 90 people. Everything ran very smoothly – all the buses arrived on time with no delays.

Communication with the company was excellent as well; they responded quickly and helpfully to all our emails.

The only minor challenge was that some of the drivers spoke limited English, but it never caused any real issues. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend 8rental.

This was a business trip and we needed bus everyday for pick up from hotel to fair in Munich. I was a bit nervous at first never having used this company and having paid all in advance, but it was all perfect. Buses everyday clean, new and lovely. Every evening we were receiving email with name of driver, telephone number (in case of problems) and number plate. For the whole week buses were there always in time

Great communication,
Great response time,
Perfect description,
Well priced,
Flexible!

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Would definitely recommend!

Little recap of our trip.
Hired a bus for 30-40 people to be picked up in Cotras and taken to Saint-Emillion for lunch and a walk around, then take to a winery for a tasting, then back to the château!
Great experience, great driver!
Highly recommended

The van was super clean and comfy, and the driver Walter was fiendly and knew the best way to get us there smoothly. We felt totally safe the whole time. Plus, a big shout out to the company's attendant Natalie super helpful and kind from start to finish. Everything went perfectly, and I'd definitely recommend their service.

Punctual and helpful drivers, excellent and personalised administrative support even for our group of 80 people, comfortable vehicles, and good value for money. Would definitely use again.

Booked for 30 people to travel by minibus from Nantes (FRA) to Bilbao (SPA) for the Europa Cup Final. The friendliness and communications with 8Rental was perfect. Could not fault the effort that was made.
The minibus was clean and comfortable and the drivers were all friendly and helpful.
5 star performance from all involved at 8Rental.

Communication with this company was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed regarding times and pick up etc. The driver was really friendly and on time and messaged us the day before pick up. The private mini bus was pretty luxury and had air conditioning and was very comfortable, price was reasonable for our trip and overall we had a great experience, would definitely use again in the future and would highly recommend.

generally most part of the booking and journey itself went smoothly

there was only two part of which i felt that was room for improvement, firstly is the communication of the driver details, i only manage to get the details at the very last hours instead of the day before, everyone on the trip were panicking as we couldnt get anyone but eventually we manage to solve the issue.

secondly is the aircon of the vehicle broke down on the journey back and just nice heat wave hits, you can imagine how hot it was for all of us going back to the hotel from the trip

overall i would say it was a pleasant experience and will recommend others to book the service

The team from 8Rental was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Everything was spot on. My family of 5 had a daytour from Bristol to Devonshire and our driver, Keith was exceptionally good and helpful. I highly recommend them!”

I reserved a small minivan through this rental shop for our company's field trip to Ukraine and during my reservation, my company made some erratic requests to Hellen, who was the attendant of the company. But she managed to meet my demands very timely, replying back to me as promptly as possible and attending to our needs so quick and accurately.

If I were to plan out another field trip to Poland or elsewhere wherein 8 rental can be of service, I would go ahead with this company with no reservation.

8Rental provided us with a minibus and driver for a two day research trip for our team from the UK. Our driver Michał was excellent, always kept to time, needed no prompting for where to go next on the itinerary and was flexible to our requirements. Highly recommend and will use again.

Fast and good communication, fair prices, very friendly and reliable. The driver was on time and easy to find. Someone from our group forgot their laptop bag in the bus. The driver brought it the next day. We totally recommend booking with 8Rental

A party of 8 were collected on time & taken back to Pisa airport in an 8 seater by Graziano. Great service all round. Highly recommended service.

Every day the bus was not only on time, but early. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. The over-all experience could not have been better! Do not think about any other service because I compared the rest and they are truly the best!

I took five trips with different drivers, and I didn’t have a single issue. Drivers were on time, no cancellations, no delays. I put no special requests but the company went out of their way to flag me as English speaking so that the drivers would be able to understand me which was a really nice touch. The shortest trip I took was about 45 minutes and the longest was almost 4 hours. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

The quality of the bus is excellent, it arrived on time. The driver was nice and helpful. Communication was easy, they were cooperative and flexible to our change requests.

Outstanding professional service . Highly recommend from booking communication through to confirmation of drivers and pick up times . Drivers and cars impeccable. Drivers exceptional professional safety and care. I travelled as solo woman and felt incredibly safe. Used 2 services . High value for money

We used 8Rental twice during a recent trip to England and were really pleased with both experiences. Drivers were on time and helpful in getting our party of five loaded on with luggage. There was plenty of room in the vehicles and all of us were comfortable.

Professional and efficient from start to finish. The driver was very polite and attentive.

Driver was on time / professional on the road.

Mini van is well maintained.
