8Rental.com Reviews

Great service, reliable and easy to talk to for all arrangements.

We had a great experience with 8rental. Everything went according to plan, the buses were clean and comfortable, the bus drivers were friendly and competent. We recommend 8rental.

Last week we have used the bus transfer service of 8rental Valencia (airport-hotel-airport) .
Since it was a last minute request I was not sure if they could manage all things on time but I was surprised by their speed of service and e-mailcontact.
Both dates the bus was on time and took us safe to our destination.
The bus was clean and modern and both dates we had a friendly driver.

Next time we need a bus (in Valencia) I will definitely contact 8Rental again. Our group had a good experience with the company.

Thanks Liubov and Michael for providing all the details on time, much appreciated!

helpful staff, quick responses and comfortable transportation

8Rental Company is an excellent transportation service. Contacting and co-ordinating with them was smooth and seamless. I was worried since we had a party of 12 coming from the US, if trying to plan transportation in London would be a nightmare, but 8Rental made everything so easy. They were on time for our Airport Pickup and Drop. Their vehicle was roomy enough for all 12 of us and our luggage. They were also great guides while taking us around the city. Very friendly and very efficient. They always communicated who our driver for the day would be and how to get in contact with them. They are also flexible too! When our plans changed last minute, they bent over backwards to accommodate us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends or use them again in the future! You will not be sorry.

Hired the car to take my visiting parent’s sightseeing around South Holland for the day. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the great conversations with our driver which made for a fantastic experience of this beautiful land. They were accommodating to last minute itinerary change. Overall Safe driving, friendly driver and comfortable car creating a memorable trip. Highly recommended.

Our timetable changed all the time. The company and driver were very flexible. They could be reached. Safe driving. Nice, comfortable car. Highly recommended.

Booked a bus for a group of 17 people for the St Emilion wine region of France. We had been burned by another bus company leading up to this, and 8Rental were very efficient and professional.
I received the contact detail of the driver leading up to the day so I could communicate directly to him and this made things much easier.
The whole thing was a great experience and the driver himself was able to accommodate to changes in the schedule.
Organising with 8Rental via email was seamless as well.

I was helping a group of family for a short trip around Prague. In this group, we have many children and an infant. The driver was super attentive, kind, and always ready to cater to our needs. Even though there were some language barrier between us, 8rental operator always standby and helped us during our trip. I could not emphasise how excellent their services are, and definitely will contact them again if we're going back to Europe!

Great service, ver kind and helpfull drivers! Absolutely YES!!!

We booked three cars to be driven around in Amsterdam and visiting different adresses on a full day and another half day. Everything went smoothly. Drivers were very professional and responsive to last minute changes in itinerary. Would book without hesitation again. There might be possibly also cheaper options, but seen the service, every EUR was very well spent.

Martin, our coordinator, made things very easy and laid the foundation for this great experience. I'd like to thank our bus drivers, Martijn and Robert who provided safe driving, friendly service, and easy communication. Thank you to the 8Rental team for getting our conference guests from A to B and for providing comfortable accommodations.

Great Service, all cars were on Time and the drivers were all very professional. We booked a lot of cars for an event and it went very well

For a business trip with 11 men we needed a minibus with driver-service. Everything went well: Driver was always on time, some drinks were included within the bus and the whole planning together with 8retal was very professional. All in all for another trip like this I'd once again book 8Rental!

Everything was super with the car and driver. :)

The driver was very punctual and friendly, also understanding about some people arriving slightly later.

I had to organize a corporate event and requested buses. The service was on time and drivers were good. The buses that we had were in good conditions and clean. Satisfied with their service

Great service. Efficient and on time!

Hired a car and a driver for London - Liverpool trip. Excellent service, respectful, careful driver, my third trip with 8Rental, very happy again. Thank you very much.

Impossible to contact their customer service. We requested a quote for a tour from Malaga Spain for the day, which they provided and stated that we use the link to book. Unfortunately, they didn't provide a link. After numerous emails, social media messages and 3 overseas phone calls we never could get a response. No one answers the phone and a message says to contact CS via web form. We just gave up, but left me wondering what kind of service they would've provided if they don't respond.
