I placed this order the same day I received another item from 8Ten.
Due to having to use a pay app(shop) in lieu of a credit card, my order was shipped an hour away because I had placed another order from a different supplier, with a different shipping address, 8 months ago.
What's the issue in paying directly with credit card?

Great parts but overall package looked like it went to war box had holes in it. No invoice or stickers. But parts a heavy duty installed great

i don't have a single complaint. I have ordered from this company twice and what stands out the most other than the affordability is the quality of what you get normally spindles don't come with new bolts with most companies and should,however this company sends bolts and everything needed it showed up a day earlier also than the quoted delivery time also why this company is the first one i check when i need parts also in addition the belts are tough material not just the cheap stock crappy belts and the blades are heavy steel i definitely recommend this company to anyone looking

Quality is very good as well as shipping But, I need help on my part matching the right bar and chain with my saw, I need to contact 8Ten on this matter and know they will help me, it's just that I don't have the time for now. Joe

I unpackaged the engine cover I purchased, installed my old screen and installed it on the tractor in less than 5 minutes. Fit great!

I purchased a deck overhaul kit for my 2021 LT46 Cub, which included both idlers, both spindles, both blades, all four wheels and a deck belt for $125. Also included was all new bolts, nuts, washers and grease fittings. Everything fit perfectly with the exception of the belt, which was approximately 5 inches too short. All in all, the pricing was outstanding, the shipping was fast and all of the parts appeared to be great quality, probably even better than OEM due to the spindles coming equipped with grease fittings. I will definitely be a return customer despite the deck belt error.

Parts are quality, correct fit, and extremely well priced.

They sent me the wrong sized product and refuse to refund me or resend me the one I paid for. I've been going back and forth trying to get them to send me the one I paid for. I have never had such bad customer service/support. They aren't even trying to solve my issue. I would never buy from them again. If you run into an issue you're going to be screwed!
