I was on the phone with a gentleman from Belize. I kept him past his work hours but he was very gracious. Your products are not easy to use and connection to irrigation timers is rocky. He worked me through it patiently and successfully. His demeanor calmed me and gave me confidence we would succeed, which isn’t always so obvious with your equipment. I had a great diagnoses over the phone with the technician /customer support. There was a point she needed to see the technical errors so we went realtime video and saw what I saw that product was malfunctioning. I am happy to say the product was replaced with easy and re-installed to working condition. I am very happy with the results!

I had a warranty claim regarding an expanding Dewalt brand garden hose. Customer service was friendly and prompt with no hassle making the claim happen. It was much appreciated.

Quick turnaround on my order and very competent customer service

This was actually a warranty issue with my 12 zone Bhyve. It had quit working. I went to the website and followed all the trouble shooting and it still would not work. (It had a 'No AC' error) I then contacted customer support. after a discussion and taking a picture of my unit the support person gave me a code to warrty the controller. I was surprised and am very greatful for the warranty and the customer service. Two of my neighbors have bought Bhyve's and love them.
