The key worked flawlessly once it arrived, but it took nearly two hours to show up in my inbox, which definitely had me a little worried. Customer support said there was a server delay and even provided an additional Office key at no extra cost. Both keys activated smoothly without any problems. Because of the delay I’d rate it 4.5 stars, but I’m rounding up since the support team was truly helpful.

It's a scam. Why isn't Microsoft dealing with this issue? They sit back and ask customers to complain? It's a Microsoft product, so why the apathy?

I got a wrong key on my email, but worry not! Just search "Customer support" on their website, click on the WhatsApp icon, and tell them the issue! They'll need the key originally given to you so have that ready. Then, they will send you a new key and it works! I'm so happy with this service and speed <3

This was my second experience with 9xkey. The first, a year ago, was simplicity itself-- purchase to activation in about 60 seconds, done. This time was a bit more complex because I had messed up the network settings on a new computer (me, not them). They responded within minutes to my help request, provided an alternate code, and politely suggested that I check the network settings. Yeah, sure.. Ooops!! Fixed quickly, all good! Five stars for support, it really is rare these days.

Heard this site was legit from Reddit, and they were right. Bought a Windows key which didn't work, saying that it had already been used. I contacted 9xkey support who got back to me a couple hours later, asked a couple of questions, and issued a new key which worked like a charm. Despite the initial hiccup, it was overall a painless experience. My experience, as pleasant as it was in the end, does not appear to be the norm. But even if it happens to you, their support makes it right quickly. If you're looking for cheap Windows/Office, this is the place.

I received an invalid product key at first, which was a shame. BUT as soon as I contacted their customer support over WhatsApp they helped me through it, immediately gave me a new product key and it is working perfectly!

The Windows 11 Pro key I purchased did not work. I got an error message indicating it was already used on another system.

Contacted support through the same email through which the first key was sent to me, and I got another one sent to me pretty fast (within 5 minutes at 10:15PM EST). This second key gave me the same error message.

Contacted them again, then they gave me a third key that actually works.

Although I managed to finally get what I want without paying more, I don't think I will reuse this reseller if I ever need to purchase a Windows key again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. The person I was writing to had a very poor English, which didn't help me trust that this website is not a scam. I had much better experience with no similar errors using other alternatives in the past.

I thought the low price was sketchy, but the Win10 Pro key worked perfectly and their support replied in minutes.

Like others have said, I purchased a Windows 11 pro key (order 12791), but when I tried to activate it Windows said that the key was already used on another device. I emailed customer service, but no response.

Did a lot of looking around and saw many different people vouching for the authenticity of 9xkey. Was a bit wary but everything went just fine! The key was delivered instantly and i was able to paste the code right into the activation window. No issues, no complaints here and will be recommending to friends and family in the future.

These are your go too guys man did it arrive instantly and it actually worked!

ive send at leat 6 emails that the product key they sent did not work gotton no responce to any. i think these guys dont stand behind what they sell at all. avid them at all cost they are rip off!!!!!!

Bad service. Cheap prices are tempting but you’ll regret it once you realize you’ve been sold a useless code.

Sent me an expired activation key. Tried contacting them multiple times but no response. Very unprofessional.

I bought a w11 pro key and the process was super easy, also I didn't have any problem with it.👌

It's a scam. You will not get a real Retail license, but a license attached to a school or a company to which you don't even have an access. Don't buy it!
