I got in touch with A Class, as I had to book my driving test outside my local area and Gillingham was the closest that was available. Within a few hours, I was contacted by Sean. Sean is a fantastic, patient instructor. His calm and friendly manner put me at ease straight away and his local knowledge of the area boosted my confidence immensely. He went through all the questions the examiner might ask, and had me practice all the maneuvers, advising on how to improve as well as emphasising the importance of demonstrating safety, control and observation to the examiner. In just a few short hours, he had me test ready and I passed. I am so grateful to A Class for introducing me to Sean, and to Sean for being a fantastic instructor. Thank you so much.

As a parent, it's always a worry finding the right driving instructor for your child – someone patient, professional, and reliable. Marcel Fernandez has been all that and more. My son passed his test first time with just four minors, and I credit much of that success to Marcel’s dedication and thoughtful teaching style.

Now, here’s what my son had to say about his experience:

“Marcel is a wonderful and, most importantly, relaxed instructor. If I made a mistake, he’d calmly explain what went wrong and how to fix it—never rude or impatient, unlike one of my previous instructors. He has clever and effective tips that make driving safer and easier, like prepping the gas and biting point together or pre-turning wheels at certain junctions.
He even provided aerial photos of tricky roundabouts (like the infamous Bowaters roundabout) which helped massively with understanding positioning and safety. Every lesson ended with a recap, and he’d text me a summary of any faults—this made reviewing and improving for the next lesson so much easier.
Marcel never cut lessons short; in fact, he often stayed a few minutes extra to give feedback. He was always on time, never cancelled, and even made himself available on his day off for my test!
He’s friendly and talkative, which helpful for reinforcing important tips. After two frustrating experiences with previous instructors, Marcel was honestly a godsend. I’m so grateful he was the one who got me through. Highly recommend him—especially for anyone learning manual!”

I cannot praise Parminder as a driving instructor enough!

Thanks to his calm, clear and patient teaching approach, I passed my driving test on the first try - something I never would have imagined feasible! Parminder made every lesson feel productive and supportive, always explaining things clearly in a way that made sense to me and ultimately helping to build my confidence and safety behind the wheel!

From navigating aspects I found challenging like roundabouts, clearance/spatial awareness and manoeuvres, Parminder covered it all with patience, professionalism and encouragement! His specialist knowledge of the skills and routes was integral to me being able to pass!

I had a huge amount of anxiety leading up to the test and Parminder was incredibly supportive, calm and accommodating - making space for extra lessons, focusing on areas I found challenging allowing me to ease my nerves. He went above and beyond to enable me to relax and ultimately pass which I couldn’t have done without his support!

I honestly couldn’t recommend an instructor more and im so grateful for his guidance - if you’re looking for an instructor who doesn’t just teach you to drive but who genuinely cares, builds your confidence and gets you the results then I wouldn’t hesitate to go with Parminder!

My review about my driving instructor (parmindar). He is really professional, experienced and true motivated person.

First, I take two classes from other instructors also from A-class. He just doing time pass and try to give more lessons even i don't need to take it. Then my wife suggest about parmindar on first day he said you know how to drive but i give you the instructions about to drive with rules and regulations. Also about to secure driving.

Secondly, i start taking lessons from parmindar he guide me very well with rules. Which I understand easily. I always suggest to take classes from parmindar.

Last, i gave my test yesterday and i pass it. He really appreciate and motivate me. Even before test he tells me alot of things like my weaknesses. Such a gentle person.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Driving lessons with Parminder were great, he made me feel so at ease and when I did not understand things he would go over them as many times as it would take until I got it- he was very patient. He was amazing in the lead up to the test, he has so much knowledge and great tips to share. Thanks to Parminder, I passed my driving test first time!

I decided to change my driving instructor after getting frustrated paying so much for several months, but not still been able to pass my driving test. I researched for a driving school online and decided to try A Class. I was then matched with an amazing instructor Paul Webb. Paul was able to pick my faults immediately, something that had been overlooked by my previous instructor. He made unlearning to relearn healthy driving habits so easy for me. He also instilled in me the confidence I needed as I somehow had lost confidence in myself. On my test day, I knew I was going to pass it, I had become a better observer and confident driver.

Thank you Paul, you were just who I needed!

I would like to say paul is a fantastic instructor and i would recommend Paul to anyone. suffering with AHD it can be difficult but Paul expanded easily to understand and as a result I passed test first time

My driving instructor is Robert Brown. Thanks to him I passed the test the first time with no minors!
He’s been a great teacher! He was very good at assessing my requirements and teaching me accordingly. He’s very patient and calm and his instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Under his guidance I progressed very quickly and he prepared me very well for the test. Now I’m a confident driver. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend him!

My driving instructor is John H

Because of John and he’s understanding of how I learn he showed me before he got me behind the wheel of the Yaris, so he’s been teaching me for 2 months since 20 th feb I have now passed 8th may it’s all because of John and he’s understanding and commitment I have passed. The support from John has been unbelievable you can get on welll with him he’s extremely talented.

It was a great experience to learn driving from him 🤍 i have passed my test …. And he gives all the instructions and everything so good ….yeah of course he is a best instructor. Anyone going to have their lessons from him … definitely gonna pass easily and will become a good driver 😄

I started learning to drive with Parminder at the end of last year, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a university student with no outside practice, I was definitely starting from scratch. Parminder is incredibly knowledgeable about all the roads and taught me everything I needed to know, always making sure I understood each concept fully before moving on. What really stood out was his patience and willingness to go the extra mile. Whenever I felt unsure about specific areas, he was more than happy to practice the same things over and over again until I got it right. This was so helpful and really boosted my confidence on the roads.

Also, the test preparation was brilliant. He really helped calm my nerves before the test, and I felt completely prepared thanks to his thorough teaching. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great driving instructor! 10/10

After having issues with a previous driving instructor, I contacted Suzanne after hearing great things about her from my girlfriend that had lessons with her a few years ago. I had my test booked and had 2 lessons with Suzanne. I learnt so much from her in this time and she is the reason that I passed first time ! 100% would recommend!

Had a very nice experience with one of there instructor Param, great instructor and humble man. Trained me well to clear it in one shot.

Zane was great.. really helped with making sure I was test ready. Would highly recommend to anyone learning to drive

I passed first time with Matt, who is a very good instructor that gets you driving straight away. He is clear, calming, friendly and explains all the different aspects of driving very well. I highly recommend Matt for your lessons to become a confident driver.
